We were picking out paint to paint a bedroom and we got to meet your paint gal, Madison, and she was super kind and helpful and was such a pleasure to talk to and she went above and beyond to help mix our paint several times to help us find the perfect color. She is a true gem to this world and to your store.
Home Depot has always taken care of me as a client, all purchases have been great and if a return was necessary, they absolutely took care of me. I recently tried another business in town and I assumed they would take care of me like HD, well I was wrong. HD is the place to go!
Nice Home Depot, clean and well organised. We were able to find the stain we needed almost immediately. Restrooms are way in the back left/middle area.
Hardware store Home Depot is usually the very best. At this location, the staff is friendly and helpful; the items are high quality and average price; the over vibe is positive, upbeat, and high energy. Picked up my 3rd 12 foot skeleton cause let's be honest, size does matter and had a great experience at the pick up counter. Then to top it off, a Home Depot employee brought my giant out on a forklift and loaded it for me. Now I just need another 12 foot Inferno.... Thanks Home Depot!
Great people to work for as well as great atmosphere in general in this store usually had all that your looking for unless it's an item that can be delivered online only which it can be technical with the items online
I usually have preferred Home Depot in the past but lately I have been finding myself at other improvement stores. I have a hard time finding almost anything in the store even with the map what I’m looking for is not where it says it is. I ended up having to go to Amazon to find an adapter I needed because the area at Home Depot was so disorganized and couldn’t even see all the adapters because of how high up they were. Too many self checkouts as well! I don’t work there why am I scanning my purchases. There should be 1-2 cashiers helping people not standing there telling people they can scan their own stuff.
they need to do better job at hiring! i took my mom to the place and the only time an employee even responded to us was a kid who claimed to be a manager and had no idea what he was talking about. horrible customer service here
I never have an issue going in here. The staff is informative and patient and kind. The store has just about any house/yard item you can think of. It's a great place.
No one is around to help you find what you need. All the lines are self-check which makes things so much less convenient. If you have to return something, prepare for a hassle. Now I remember why I started going to local suppliers.
