The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation is the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
The Foundation is the philanthropic partner of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. We accomplish our mission by: making grants; administering a statewide loan repayment assistance program for attorneys employed by IOLTA-funded civil legal services organizations; seeking financial support from individuals and organizations both within and outside of the legal community; and encouraging bar members to donate their time, talent and expertise in service to the public.
The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation supports programs that increase the public’s understanding of the law and promote equal access to justice.
