Eric church is a piece of work. Was ticketed in a snow storm for driving 45 when the hazard sign stated 45. And still fined since another car slide into my lane. For someone that wasn’t even at the scene during the accident Eric Church makes ignorant fines. Qualifications for PA troopers is embarrassing.
Went here for fingerprints for a name change. We had such a rough time as we have never been anywhere close to moon except pittsburgh but we wanted to get them done for free and this was apparently the only place they were free. Gave him my state id and sat down. We waited about an hour before we had to leave because my mother was late for work. The workers here did nothing. There was a line the whole way out the door and the man was telling everyone itd be a "couple minutes" when we were waiting there for an hour so he was lying to everybody. A process that should have taken 15-20 minutes took an entire hour while the workers were sitting and eating.
Sykes continuously interrupted me and did not answer any of my questions. I did not understand what she was explaining and before I could ask for someone else she rudely ended the call.
Went in Monday at 10:45 for finger print card. Polite, and Fast service. Was in an out in about 15 minutes.
