The RODIZIO GRILL Box Office at Bay Center is open Monday - Friday from 10 am - 4 pm with extended hours on weekends with events. If an event falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the RODIZIO GRILL Box Office opens at 12 p.m. or one hour before the event if the event starts before 12 p.m. Reach the Box Office at 850-432-0800

Went to see the White Tie Ensemble Monsters of Rock show. Excellent show BTW. This was my first visit to the Bay Center. The Bay Center itself is a really nice place to see a show. We got there 1/2 hour before the show and the line to get in was crazy long but, the staff was awesome and we were inside in 5 mins. Same with the bar lines inside. Really long but really really fast. I will go back and would recommend 100%
This was a really fun place to go and attend the Unite Gulf Coast concert with some of my favorite Christian musicians. There is plenty of seating--I think they had about 8,000 people there. The sound was very good and so was the stage and visual production.
Great arena for concerts and shows. The sheeting area is very cramped and not much left room. Be aware they do charge to park there. Parking costs range from either $10 or $20. Today we paid $10 to park there, the. Went and paid to see a show.
This is such a beautiful amazing place to be able to come and experience there is so many seats and space available to be able to sit wherever you want and lots of good things to be able to explore around the area and there is good bathrooms too with lots of space
I went here for a concert! The event staff were so nice and friendly! The only bad thing or negative would be that when we got to our seats the area still had popcorn around the area. We were the first ones in that area so it had to be left from another time!! Everything was very good. We had a great time! The parking was very easy to get in and OUT after the concert!
It's been a good venue for a lot of events that I have gone to over the years. Pensacon, concerts, WWE, ice flyers games, public ice skating, etc. However, the parking is trash. A very small lot for the space. You have to find parking elsewhere through the area and usually end up paying someone 15$ to walk a couple blocks away.
The PBC was not big enough for the Monster Jam production but they put on a good show.
Acoustics are great. You better wear non slip shoes though. The floors and steps are a trip hazard that need to have new grip tape on them, and have for a while now. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
Visited Pensacon. Cool event, absolutely no organization whatsoever. Mass chaos, for the amount that was spent on a ticket to enter should have been way better organized. Huge venue but poorly setup and poor crowd control made it anxiety city.
Nice time with the kids to see the Ice Flyers. The game and atmosphere were great, but the food was horrible lol. My advice: eat BEFORE you go.
