Reviews
Rented a truck on the Penske web site and received an email response with a confirmation. Since I was driving over three hours to the rental location I called in the morning and was told that the truck should be there on time. Upon arrival at the rental location I was informed that the truck never made in. A follow up conversation with the regional manager I was informed that there are no rental trucks available. My option was to find a place to stay overnight so they can get me a truck the following day. I have to complement the person at the rental location who kept his cool and remained professional although he was as frustrated as I was. He made multiple phone calls in an attempt to resolve the situation. He stated that the company is responsible for providing the vehicle. Called Uhaul who directed me to a location in Indianapolis where a truck was waiting for me. How disappointing.
