I’ll give them 5 stars I guess. The process was quick and easy. The location I used was very strict to their opening time. I can’t fault them for following rules. I was waiting at the door and seen them talking and laughing but I suppose they probably were not on the clock until 8 am. That was annoying, but I’m not so important that I can’t wait I guess. The return was easy because they have a drop box for the keys for after hours returns.

I reserve a vehicle, and it is never available on the day my reservation starts. But I seem to always get upgraded with a better vehicle.   Be prepared to have a hold of a deposit and your rental contract amount placed on your credit card.

The absolute worst place to rent a vehicle.  Customer service is awful.  I purchased two books of stamps and left them in the vehicle.  They refuse to return the stamps.  Claim they don't have them.  Stamps don't just magically disappear.  That's over $25 that I don't have to give away.  I can't believe people can be so dishonest and keep things that do not belong to them.  I do not recommend anyone ever do business with this place.  I will never go back

Love the car.. love how cleaned it was.. loved how quick they got me in it and how well it handled the roads. Definitely recommend buying a car from here or renting... Picked it up Monday and brought it back Thursday. Who ever cleaned the vehicles done a real good job.. keep it up

Bad saying you have a reservation yesterday but says y'all booked had me waited outside with no transportation just left I was stranded in Martinsville without a rental car

This is my least favorite location. They don't typically have a nice car selection at this location. My company has an account with Enterprise and due to my position,  I have to travel alot. I'd love to be able to rent a car monthly and save my car the mileage but each time I've rented one here, they give me a car I'm embarrassed and scared to drive that looks like it's been through it. So I tend to avoid rentals here if can. When I've gotten them out of town in Danville or Richmond,  they always upgrade me and my coworkers in other towns get upgraded as well. I've never had that experience in Martinsville.  I'm not sure if it's a lack of value in the relationship or lack of inventory. The customer service is always very friendly! Just never happy with the cars.

I have been a long time happy customer with Enterprise but my last rental resulted in many fraudulent charges to my card. I called three times and was told it would be resolved. New charge occurred so had to report it as fraud to my bank and go through the hassle of a new card. This is ridiculous.  Previous review: Fast service, very efficient staff. Quite happy with my experiences here.

Employees make this business. They aim to please. Waiting area needs alittle bit freshing up. The cars are clean & interior smells fresh. The Clorox wipes are a plus.

Always a great experience every time I go to this location. Had an issue with the roadside department and relayed this to the martinsville office when we dropped off the car.Even though it had nothing to do with this branch They ended up giving us a free day and upgrade on top of refunding the roadside charge. I just dropped off another vehicle yesterday and just told the guy at the desk that the cv joint started knocking just a bit so he was aware and he gave me a free upgrade for my next rental for my trouble. It was no trouble or inconvenience at all just wanted to make them aware so they could fix it before renting it out again. Used this location about six times now and no matter who is working they are always polite and professional and cars are always clean and fresh.
