Recently purchased a plug-in hybrid Kia Sedona here. We drove over an hrs to get there because they had the only one around. Never been there before but the people were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.  I wish I could say we got a great deal but I don't think there are many of those around these days. Living the car though!

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my first, brand new car! The entire staff was courteous and thorough in answering any of my many questions related to the vehicle and financing. Dearl Adams took adequate time in assisting me with all of my needs and ensured that I felt informed and pleased as their customer even after making the sale. The staff certainly made this major purchase smooth, and I am ecstatic about my 2022 Kia Seltos!

Nelson Kia was supposed to have ordered a part for my car in April of this year and I've called several times to check on the part and have been told every time that they will locate the part and call me back to schedule a time to have the part installed. Eight months and still no call from them. I've left a message for the general manager and still no call back.

Awesome friendly staff very professional. A trustworthy place you can buy  vehicle and have  maintenance perform at a reasonable price.

It's been so long since I've been able to purchase a vehicle from an actual dealer and I went in Friday prepared to leave with a new one that day, i worked with Vic, the most patient salesman I've ever worked with, he not only gave me grace with all my questions and tech issues, he was okay with my 11 mo old rearranging his office lol. When I left Fri I was unable to purchase but thanks to Vic he did every literal option he had to get me in the car I fell in love with, kept me in my budget, exceeded my expectations for my trade and got my payments well below what I wanted to pay. I will definitely be back and so stoked to be a part of the Nelson family.

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Frontier S on 12/8/2021. They had this vehicle advertised on line as having a back up camera and the pictures showed a liner on the tailgate. Unfortunately, the night before I came to pick up the truck the tailgate had been stolen with the camera off the truck leaving cut wires at the camera/chassis connection. I wasn’t told this until I drove 1 1/2 hours to get the truck and take a test drive. They had ordered a tailgate from a salvage yard to replace it. The tailgate did not have a camera in it nor did it have a liner on it. I am getting older and can’t bend my neck as far as I need to due to a motorcycle accident making the back up camera feature very helpful for me. When the sales lady spoke to what I assume to be the procurement manager, we overheard him talking loudly to the sales lady and putting me, the customer down. He did not know that we were sitting right outside his door in the lobby area. We were told to wait and see if the used tailgate had a camera. I was called and told it did not have a camera and they were “NOT  going to put anymore money into the truck and if I didn’t want it “as is”, they would just send it to auction and get more money for it which is totally bogus. This isn’t my first rodeo but they took me for a dummy. I took the truck as is because it was in my payment range and couldn’t afford a higher payment being on a fixed income.  BTW, there was no price adjustment for not having the advertised equipment.  I would not ever recommend anyone to this place of business being how I was treated.

I just a great experience with Nelson Kia Subaru!  David Raby contacted me when I showed interest in a Kia Niro EV online.  He was courteous, professional and prompt in getting me the information I needed, as I was not sure if I wanted to purchase or lease.  The 100 mile drive to Bassett was well worth it!  Daivd was not at the dealership the day we could make the trip so he made sure I was in good hands with his coworker Judy Hardy.  I drove away in my new Kia Niro EV happy and ready to recommend this small town dealership to others who are looking for a car, even it if means making a longer drive.  You'll get great customer service from a place with a down home feel.

Went there to find out about my engine light on. Mr Harper was great. He let me know what was going on step by step. And after it was done they wash my car. A great place to go for auto work. The best around. I will definitely go back if i ever have a problem.

We bought a Kia Sedona just several weeks ago.  I live in Roanoke and discovered a van that we wanted to see.  I contacted the dealership and started working with Dearl.  We drove down and got there an hour from closing.  Dearl was very kind and not pushy.  He answered all of our questions.  The dealership gave us a fair price and helped us each step through the process.  We also worked with Brandon once we began the process.  Everyone was very kind to us and patient with me and my family.  I will certainly recommend this dealership as a place to check for value and service.  Thank you Nelson Kia!  We are very happy with our purchase.
