Never have availability. The schedules are always booked 4+ months out. Last time I scheduled my daughter for her dental appointment, I waited MONTHS only for them to tell me I scheduled for the wrong location, when I clarified what location when I called. The workers are incompetent. Now my daughter can't get her physical or dental in a timely manner. Just shut it down here. PATHETIC.

They doctors & staff don't care about how you feel or what's going on with you. After you sit in the examination waiting to be seen for an hour or more. Their only concern is getting you in and out. They don't take time to get to know you and your situation. They don't try to find a solution to help other than writing a prescription that you don't need. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

This place is trash. All the staff from the time you walk through the door is unprofessional. The wait time are extremely long . You schedule an appointment and still end up waiting 2 or 3 long hours . They call you the day of your appointment and will cancel you because the doctor that was staffed is leaving early. I totally hate that this is the nearest pediatrician in my area . I will not be returning after this appointment. Beyond ridiculous

I take my kids here and see the Obgyn. Evelyn at the front desk is wonderful. The pediatrician is awesome as well as Doctor Brown. If it wasn't for the awful wait time I would give 5 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t go here. This establishment is very unprofessional. I walked in it was my first appointment and I was expected to know where to go without assistance. Workers are not friendly nor helpful. When I got to where I needed to be, there was no orderly fashion in the waiting room. Just very annoying when you’re on time to the appointment and you have no idea who to talk to in there.

Having been a patient at this clinic for more than a decade, I reluctantly have to state the service at the North County clinic has deteriorated severely. My PCP is good, but the staff leaves tons to be desired. Upwards of 40 minutes waiting time on phone calls, with no actual response. And many other things I can't begin to list here. When I first started going to this locale, the staff was professional and courteous. Now, to say there is confusion, is a gross understatement. They are at the very least, self serving and completely unaware of of what their jobs require. When you attempt to call in a complaint, normally you get a voice mail, with instructions to leave your information, and someone will contact you with in one working day. Are they REALLY that busy? On the slim chance you do get through to the nurses desk you are kept on hold, until you hang up or their phone rings, until it hangs up on you.

May experience at West Florissant People Health Center was two hours. The staff is rude and unprofessional, it was unbelievable. I waited in a room at the beginning and waited in a room in internal medicine that had a awful smell. Not clean in the room smelled really bad. From beginning to the end rudeness followed. Why? I waited for hours like they were mad at me for coming in. Where is the training this was a joke. I heard a lot of talking about shoes and food. But, no one asked where was the doctor? I walked out the room and asked how much longer will it be? I was told , “She will be there in a minute.” What is going on with health professionals in this building. I don’t think they are real health professionals. This was a nightmare. A lady came in the room after two hours, did not introduce herself. When she sat down her backend was showing no white jacket. The MA acknowledged who she was at the initial check into the room. But, The lady did not reciprocate who she was. No white Jacket, was she a doctor? She had my information in her hands. I felt subject and exposed to the wrong people. I did not want my precious and private information exposed to this Health Center. I did not know it would be a bad, unprofessional experience for my first time. Where is CDC, this place need investigation by the health department.

Do NOT see Tikisha Johnson, she is such an awful doctor who does not do much for her patients. I have been going to this location for a few years since it's close to my house. I told her all my extermely concerning symptoms, she did bloodwork, and just left it at that, did NOT do anything further. I requested bloodwork from there multiple times before I finally decided to go to the Delmar location where they told me I had a high nutritional deficiency from the files of my last recent bloodwork. Tikisha Johnson failed to tell me this very important information and knew I was struggling very severely. She should NOT be working there as she puts patients at risk

This place never fails to disappoint. The lady asking covid questions at the door, I didn’t know she worked there she needs a uniform. She looks like a regular person just asking questions. In the back in the women’s area they don’t practice discretion AT ALL. It’s pointless filling out the HIPPA form. I have to answer private questions out loud, then a patient helping the front desk associate answer my questions. They need to either have us step into another room or have a check list to mark why we are there. I kept telling them I didn’t need to take a certain test because I already knew, but they kept counter acting my response.That was annoying. Now I remember why I stopped going years ago.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:30. Didn’t get seen til 12:30 only to ask me a couple questions than I was sent to the waiting area and I end up just walking out the place at 1:30 cause while I waited on them to do they’re job I listen to them laugh, talk, do cake testing yes, cake testing smh! Who keeps there clients waiting for several hours like that. So I wasted my time, and gas to come out there for absolutely nothing. Still in pain. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!
