I love the folks, the experience, and the set up of Three Rivers Dental. I just went in for a routine cleaning and x-ray today and was astounded at how nice the place looks right now! it was really nice before, but six months ago they did a whole remodel that really opened up the place and made it feel even warmer and more inviting. I think they also upgraded some of the equipment because the x-ray machine was very low exposure; I didn’t even need to put on the x-ray vest and the hygienist didn’t need to leave the room. Dr Monroe is so friendly and makes you feel good. I unfortunately can’t remember the hygienist’s name who cleaned my teeth today I think maybe Bailey?, but she was also awesome, super friendly and helpful. I am so happy Three Rivers Dental is close to where I live and work in Ferguson! But it’s even worth the drive if you don’t live in North County! Thank you for the great dental care.
It was my first time as a patient, they were very nice and welcoming. Even the times on the phone during scheduling was very professional and welcoming... so far, this seems to be a very good place to get dental work or cleaning done.
Always a positive experience. I'd never had Haley clean my teeth before, but she was great. Dr. Monroe has such a bubbly personality that she makes everyone feel at ease. I've never had a negative experience in the 3 or so years I've been a patient.
I've been coming here for about 6 years now. And they always make you feel like family. Although they are a thriving business I've never had to wait months to make an appointment if needed. I would not trade my dentist and this staff for anything.
First time visit. The sraff was very friendly and professional. The office was very clean. The service provided today was excellent. I would recommend this office to others.
Three Rivers Dental is great! The staff is polite, pleasant, and welcoming. Dr.Monroe is wonderful, full of life, and professional. The lovely ladies that are in the office are so great....I think I’ll start going every week, why not!!
My appointment went very well. I was in the chair within two minutes of my arrival, the hygienist was very polite and efficient and the dentist did a fine job. The front desk person was also very polite. It is a very pleasant and well-run operation.
I haven’t been to the dentist in years honestly and when I was recommended here, I was a little nervous but it was a true experience ! So nice, warming, and hospitable staff! They helped me in every step of the way and my dentist is completely awesome ! I would definitely recommend coming here !
Went for a routine cleaning expecting nothing unusual. I had been here before and had been to the previous location. It took 2 hours! The place was clean and well decorated but that’s the only positive, the hygienist was impolite and did not tell me what he wanted or what he was doing. He would be upset with me for any mistakes even though he did not express what he wanted and was dismissive towards my pain during X-rays and the cleaning. Ignoring me when I told him he was hitting my gag reflux and would make me vomit. The cleaning itself was subpar and somewhat painful and he made me feel embarrassed for being in pain. I left with remnants of toothpaste still in my mouth from the low quality rinsing. It was a painful and upsetting process that left me crying! Never going back!!!
