I had a great experience at this location! It was my first time there, just for routine cleaning. The front desk staff were very personable and professional, and made my check in/check out process quick and easy. The tech who did my x-rays was gentle and kind, as well. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing! She did an excellent job at educating me on changes I needed to make in my oral care routine, as well as made sure I was comfortable as she cleaned my teeth my gums are super sensitive. The Doctor was very kind as well, and was very professional in going over my x-rays and explaining what treatments I needed in the future. Overall, a great group of staff; would definitely recommend scheduling with them!

This is the BEST Dentist office I’ve ever been to! They are so willing to help out is patients out with payment plans and my dentist Dr.Martin doesn’t make you feel badly when you have a lot of teeth issues. I originally had to come in for an emergency and they saw me quickly and got everything taken care of fast. Alyssa is soo kind and patient and helped work with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about it. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

I have been a patient of Perfect Teeth for over 15 years.  Staff are always friendly, helpful,  and provide excellent care.      I have a small mouth and a BIG gag reflex.   With their skill and equipment, they were able to take x rays on the first try.   The new dentist,  Ian Bishop DMD, is a perfectionist.   He just replaced my back crown.   Both the temp and permanent crowns fit perfect the first time.

This is absolutely the most positive dental experience I have ever had! Everyone is so kind, uplifting, positive, and sweet! I, literally, had the best cleaning I have ever had in my life. No one should be frightened to go to the dentist and I believe no one would be if they came here!  Very calming and positive atmosphere!

I have been going to Perfect Teeth for almost two years. The dentist has changed and for the better. Dr. Chi is extremely nice and the rest of the staff is as well. They are accommodating for any issues and always willing to go above and beyond to make the dental experience better!

I usually hate going to the dentist.  Visions of pain and worry usually boggle my mind.  Not so at Perfect Teeth!  My experience at this fine dental practice was terrific.  Walking through the door, I was greeted by Nicole with a big smile and a cheery welcome.  Other members of the crew, Dani and Marisa, were  equally  friendly, not to mention competent and very knowledgeable of their professions.  And the coup de gras was the dentist himself, Dr. Ian Bishop.  Cheerful, kind, and capable, Dr. Bishop put my mind at rest.  I felt absolutely no pain or concern during my visits at Perfect Teeth.  I was more than comfortable with the whole experience and procedure.  Kudos to the whole gang at Perfect Teeth.  I usually don’t look forward to my next dental visit, but here is a different story!  I highly recommend Perfect Teeth!

I just want to start off by saying this was a couple years ago and the receptionist at the time was stellar and really most of the staff. Thats the only reason I’m not giving 1 star. However, my dentist at the time i cannot recall her name completely crossed a line. I have general and social anxiety, and office visits are a trigger for me. I was very nervous at my appointment and I assume came off very timid. Shortly into my visit, my dentist asked me if I was being abused by my boyfriend who I had accompany me to my appointment for moral support because of my condition. He was nothing but good to me and I was so shocked by the comment i was completely speechless without a clue how to respond and started bawling. The dental assistant had to complete the appointment as I couldn’t stop crying and the dentist didn’t know how to continue. I never went back.

This place is great! The entire staff was skilled, thorough, informative, and friendly. I usually dread going to the dentist, but now I won't be dreading it and will continue to go to Perfect Teeth in Goodyear, even though I just moved 30 minutes away. I have a small mouth too, which has been difficult for some offices to work with in the past, making it extremely sore at the end, but Perfect Teeth got the job done while being totally gentle :

Best dentist ever. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is super nice and helpful. The staff, hygienist, and dentist were amazing. I’ve been to many places where they try to sell you things or make you feel pressured to have unneeded treatments that cost a lot of money. Not the case here!  I look forward to my next cleaning!

I moved here three years and was lucky to find Perfect Teeth. I haven’t had the  best of luck with dentist in the past so finding one that I felt comfortable with was important. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful it almost makes having to go to the dentist enjoyable.
