My mom and I had a late breakfast, and while our server was OK our food was one of the worst experiences we've had at any Perkins in Minnesota. My bacon was undercooked and my waffle was blah. I did get my bacon to be recooked to be better, but it was not great. My mom had it worse than me. She ordered an omelet and asked for it to be fully cooked so it wasn't runny in the middle, an English muffin, sausage links, and potatoes. The omelet was not fully cooked, the butter changed the consistency of the muffin instantly, the potatoes were in a bad way unlike anything else, and our server forgot her sausage. We did eventually get the sausage, but it was not good and the damage was already done. OK service mixed with bad food is a recipe for disaster. Only go if you don't care about what you order or how it's made.
Easy parking. I eat at Perkins often. A good American diner. Food and service were very good here today. Told the manager there was lots of flies in the restroom. She said she would look into it but the place was built On a swamp. Time to call professional - I would say there must’ve been at least 50 flies in there.
Our experience was excellent! Went here Thurs 2/10/22,around 5pm, I think. We weren't sure they were having sit down seating at this time. Our waiter, a young gentleman, was excellent, kind, efficient, quick, and our order was correct, even though I don't think he wrote it down? I got a freebie because I had a coupon via email. The strawberry cream cheese crispies star amazing! I know tmy pictures are of plates where the food is all gone, but it was sooo good! Magnificent 7 for my husband and pit roast for me!
The whole place was dirty when we got here. Our waitress seemed very out of it in a bad way. Our food had hair in it and was over cooked or under cooked and cold. The breakfast potatoes and tots were so crispy they flaked into tiny pieces that were hard to eat and the ham was burnt it took them over 40min to fix the food with hair in it and bring new ones also after eating some of it there was a hair in the new “fresh” one also. The service was super slow also. The bathrooms were full of flies and very uncleanly. I heard shouting from the kitchen while we were there also. In the end I really couldn’t finish my meal. If choosing a Perkins I probably wouldn’t recommend this one unfortunately. Edit my sister threw up later cause she started feeling off after eating her meal second edit all 3 of us have thrown up
Quick attentive service. Multiple checks by waitress on how food was and if we needed refills or anything else. Staff regularly and quickly bussing tables and mopping floors. Standard Perkins menu, breakfast food was hot and tasty.
Food came very tasty couldn't eat it all took some home. Club sandwich, fries and pumpkin pie. I was going to call the restaurant because are leftovers for dinner. I became I'll may have been food poisoning not sure but very ill. Never had problems before but that was all I ate that day. Had fasting doctor appoint earlier in day so lunch was first I ate. I am not pointing fingers just wanted to be proactive. We go to this Perkins on a regular basis and never had issues before so I always have enjoyed the menu and service
The staff were really nice, Talia was my server and she was good, pretty quick. Docked a star because the food wasn’t great. Fried pickles were beyond greasy. Chic Biscuit was below average as far as fried chicken goes... i guess you get what you pay for but burger king has better fried chicken sandwiches.
Wife and I went there to split a meal and it was good. Food was what we expected and our server was nice. Facility needed some attention. We will probably be back next time we work late in that area. It was nice that the host remembered us from a couple weeks ago.Food: 5/5
Over a 90 minute wait between order and service. We had to ask twice for our order to be brought. The food had been sitting and was barely warm. The codfish and shrimp were greasy with much more breading than seafood. Both the cod and shrimp that was there was mushy. The fries were dry and cold. The area was a mess. A table of six and not one order was acceptable. Even if the food had been served in a timely manner it was pathetic. This is a poor excuse of a restaurant.
Terrible! Will NEVER return to THIS location...even IF the fryer were to get fixed. Which stopped working so everyone who ordered fries with their food, which was 5 out of 6 of us, were than offered hashbrowns to go with their burgers or sandwiches, or something else...no options given except hashbrowns. One of the meals requested was chicken tenders and fries, only to be brought out the chicken tender meal, instead. Well, the fryer isn't working, so her chicken tenders only, couldn't be remade. She had to settle for the sandwich or order something altogether different from what she ordered. Do you think a manager would've come to our table and say anything about all that's happening regarding our meal? NOPE!! Do you think anything was discounted on our bill, for the hassle and inconvenience?? NOPE!! And, finally..the last time I checked, eggs Benedict is made with runny yolks. Not 1 yolk well done and the other yolk 15 seconds from being the same way. Waitress did a good job, though. So I guess it wasn't all bad.
