Waited forever to be seated.had to call them from cell phone to get a server to realize my party of two was there as well as another party of two that came in two minutes after us. She told us to sit wherever we want then kindly took the other party of two to the booth of whoever's choice.then came back to drop off menus. The reason I nicely gave two stars is because the pricing was excellent, half priced appetizer and $8.99 for a classic cheese burger plus salad and a soda, and half price slice of pie. You can't beat the prices and the food was good. But lack of attention really was annoying....oh yah, I posted some pictures of the dirty floors. Anyone heard of a broom? The bathroom was gross too
Always a great last night place to eat. During the day it can be a little too crowded. Love breakfast and lunch here. Their french toast is the best and fruit is always fresh. Also when you're craving something sweet, their muffins always hit the spot.
The Iced Tea is like a HD photo, with the option of a tasty filter to make it more satisfying. The Breakfast Burger is something ya just want to have an empty mind for, cuz if you're mentally full, ya missing out on it's flavours and the hash brown within.
This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had at Perkins. My bacon was burnt, my eggs were overdone and dry, hash browns were good but the portion was small, the pancakes were rubbery which is really disappointing because the pancakes are the best part. I will never come back to this location. My boyfriends meal was overdone and almost to the brink of being burnt as well. Truly disappointed.
We were very disappointed with our visit today. We have always enjoyed our visits there but today was an exemption. The coffee tastes old. When we were seated it took quite a while before our waitress came to take our order. We ordered our hashbrowns with onions. Instead we received it with cheese and ice cold onions! The bacon was way undercooked so had to send it back for further cooking. The potato pancakes tasted like they were made with old grease. Once we were done with our meal it took quite some time to get our check. They must have a new cook and the wait staff needs to provide better service. The last few times we have been there we have not had a good server. We don't hold the waitress solely responsible but we did notice that the regular manager was not there today. I guess if we go back, we'll need to request a specific waitress that we know will give us good service! Very disappointed today!
Late night service and food was awesome! Waitress was very busy with several prom groups. I think she worked half the restaurant herself, but she did a great job and was on top of it the entire time. The cooks did a great job keeping up and food was warm and delicious! Thanks for a fun end to the evening.
Great experience!!! We used Perkins for a large breakfast meeting with 2 day notice. The meal was delivered at 6am on time. Food was very well prepared, and they actually came back to pick up the serving dishes and utensils. What a great customer experience, being that this was my first time planning an event this large. You made it easy and I will definitely be using the service in the future.
Great breakfast options but can get very busy. Service can be slow at times.
Went in for food with my bf. As we sat down with our menus, we waited for about 10-15 minutes maybe more for a waiter/waitress to come. We didn't even get a cup of water at this time. The store barely had any customers and it wasn't busy. Once our waitress had finally came, she took our orders and grabbed us drinks water. After receiving our food, the waitress then disappeared. She quickly came back to ask us about the food, threw our receipt onto the table and left, again. Mind you, we just started eating. We didn't see her helping out other customers/tables either. But it felt as though she was trying to rush us out or something. Service could be better as well as the food.
Always good food. Of course the pancakes are great. Service is hit or miss; we've had great and we've had bad. Had to bring the bad to the manager's attention only once after the waitress slammed a drink down the table like we were an inconvenience. Manager said it was the girl's first shift and she was probably stressed and overwhelmed. The food always makes up for the so-so service. Also, be aware they have one of those Coke Freestyle machines that have 100s of different flavors. This is never specifically mentioned and I always forget until after I have ordered my drink.
