Perry Hall Animal Hospital has amazing, patient, and friendly staff. Both of my cats, Sano and Bonjo, have a tendency to develop health issues and Perry Hall is always there for me and them. If you have an emergency, they will do what they can to see your pet asap. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and friendly as well as their staff. If I have any little question or worry at all, I can call and the ladies at the front desk are also knowledgeable and can often answer my question for me. I would not dream of taking my cats to any other vet. I trust them with the health of my boys.
I started fostering Guiding Eyes for the Blind puppy and took her to see Dr. Breidenbaugh for her first vet visit outside the program. The extra steps and care the vet and her team did to ensure Phoebe had a positive experience was amazing!! Put away your fear and anxiety, take your tiny and big pups to Perry Hall Animal Hospital for top notch care!
Most trustworthy animal clinic I’ve been to. They understand that it’s not a pet, it’s a family member; but also how financially stressful vet visits can be. Both my cats go here and our soon to adopt dog will be too!
Everyone at Perry Hall I’ve interacted with has been great. Always super helpful, answers questions straight forward and most importantly to me: they ALWAYS explain everything. I brought my cat in for her spay and they were unable to get her calm enough to administer the anesthesia. I’m guessing most people would be annoyed by this but I appreciated it as they did not pin her down or force her still to insert the IV. Our pets are our children and Perry Hall treats them as such. They also have a package for kittens and puppies which covers the first year of services and a discount on the spay. Will never take her elsewhere!!!
The staff is always kind and knowledgeable and it's apparent everyone who works there loves animals. The vets are extremely patient and gentle with our dogs. They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. One of our dogs is very anxiety prone and they do a wonderful job making him feel comfortable. Another of our dogs had an infected toenail and Perry Hall was able to fit us in with short notice and take care of the issue immediately. We have seen multiple vets here over the years and all of them have provided our dogs with the best care possible.
They take excellent care of our fur babies! Excellent Doctors and very friendly staff during any interaction. We’ve going here a long time. My only complaint is how long it takes to get routine appointments scheduled, other than that they are awesome
I'm really disappointed in the treatment we received as a long time customer who has never complained about service or prices and always paid promptly. We have hustled to appointments several times only to sit in a car and wait way past our appointment time, again, without complaint. No matter how busy we were we hurried so we could wait. Apparently their time is much more valuable than ours. We miss one appointment and get fined. Not a big fine mind you, but a penalty nonetheless. "Pay the fine before we book you another one" I said i wanted to think about it for a minute and call them back. I am never eager to burn bridges so i wanted to give it some thought. 5 minutes later I called to express my thoughts. I would never treat my customers like that. I could understand if someone is habitually missing appointments as they could otherwise schedule someone else but punish me after the support I've given to this business and the patience and appreciation I've expressed to them over the last several years with multiple pets? I promptly paid the fine and asked for our pets records to we can go elsewhere. Why are some businesses so careless in losing longtime great customers?
The staff at Perry Hall Animal Hospital are always caring and compassionate. They provide thorough care and were so empathetic when we lost our sweet cat. I’d recommend them to any of our friends and family!
It just stuns me the outrageously high prices you charge but state your fees have been lowered. It makes it impossible for MOST people to get the quality pet care their pets or strays that have been found to even be able to take their pets to get treated at all. I know without a doubt with the technology you have access to these days, the prices for care are marked up 300-500% then what they should be. If you were fair about charging people it would stand to reason you would get overwhelmed with customers and their pets because more people could afford to take their pets to receive proper care. Don’t worry, You would still be able to live in luxury pricing the care you give more reasonably because more people could take their pets up there. Also to charge someone for cheap medication after they just spent almost enough money to make a rent payment on their apartment is just gouging people. I don’t see how your able to do this and feel good about it!! Smh! I don’t believe it costs you a dime for X-rays because everything is done by computers and digitally!! I bout fell over when I heard about how much you charge for that alone! This is so sad!! Makes me sad!
Generally a good experience when we come here. Definitely cares about the critters. However, we had a procedure done recently, were told the price, paid it, then were told on the day of the procedure that it was just a PATRIAL DEPOSIT, of less than half. So then we had to pay the rest as we would not get the deposit back. We would not have had the procedure done had we known how expensive it was. Don't get me wrong, we love our critters, but there is good reason for disclosing pricing beforehand. We had other options. This was not a necessary procedure. I feel a little cheated, and no one wants that. Would I recommend this vet, yes, but be VERY clear on pricing and costs beforehand......VERY.
