They have an excellent staff as well as Dr. Baer. They have great bedside manners and did everything to calm me down. They understand the feelings of the pet owner. I moved clear on the other side of town now and wouldn't go anywhere else. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and the technicians walked me through step by step on how to give him his injections. Anytime you need a question answered or just some advice they are quick to respond back via there e-mail. Thank you guys so much with Kye.
We were able to schedule my puppy's first vet appointment with Dr. Breidenbaugh in July, within the first few days of us bringing him home. Not only is Dr. B sooooo incredibly lovely, I could sing praises about the entire team at phah all day long. As an anxious new puppy paw-rent, i constantly have a million questions, and everyone has continued to answer each of my questions with patience and compassion, no matter how silly or Google-able they might be. everyone is so knowledgeable and i feel very at ease with my first ever pet under their care
Exceptional service and care. The Dr.’s, techs and staff are so caring and compassionate. They make a point to remember my pets and their names so we feel welcome the second we walk in the door. They are calm and gentle with nervous fur babies and always take the time to explain and talk through my pet’s health concerns and treatment plans. I’ve unfortunately been to a few different vets over the years and Perry Hall by far exceeds all expectations.

You removed Pennys cancer and she is doing great. I’m grateful that God sent us too the right Doctor. Thank you for listening too me and not just assuming like the other Dr did. I absolutely loved the experience I had at Perry Hall Animal Hospital! After a family emergency I ended up rescuing a pregnant pup. I was very overwhelmed. Everyone made me feel so much better and was so incredibly helpful. After one visit I had decided that this will be my regular vet. I would highly recommend taking your fur babies here!
Our first time taking our puppy here went amazing. Very knowledgeable staff. They keep the atmosphere very lifted and joyous during a stressful time. My puppy didn’t even feel his vaccinations! Thanks a lot Perry Hall Animal Hospital!
These people HAVE IT RIGHT! My experience was Stellar. I can't say enough about the care, compassion and concern I received there. They are phenominal with the pets but ALSO with the Pet Parent. Soothing and calming. It was an amazing experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My son and daughter in law referred me to PHAH and I cannot thank them enough!! EVERYONE literally from the Front Desk, techs on the computers in the hall, our tech, our Veterinarian. She was so amazing with our baby girls shots, deworming, exam and nail clipping. They all made it a remarkable experience, I cannot remember her name for the life of me but will find out at our next visit It was our first visit so names will be second nature as I'm sure they will be like family. We moved to the area 6 years ago but had kept our old vet until it became too much of a hassle to far. I wish we had switched so much sooner. Everyone we have dealt with here has been absolutely wonderful and accommodating and shown how much they care.
I had a very good experience at this veterinary hospital - staff was warm and helpful and the vet listened well and responded to questions and concerns very clearly and compassionately. My beloved dog is slowly winding down and I'm really grateful to be in good hands - she took my financial constraints into account without embarrassing me and also understood my concerns about aggressive treatment at this stage of the game. Just good people. Highly recommend. Edit, a few weeks later: Eternally grateful to Dr Breidenbaugh and her excellent staff. My old dog is astonishingly improved, pretty much fully mobile again and feeling great. We got a spot on diagnosis, the right meds and advice, and could not be more pleased with the care we received, on all counts. Love this veterinary service! Dr Breidenbaugh is a jewel.
