I do one-on-one lifestyle coaching and personal fitness training. I train your body to get stronger, leaner, faster and healthier. I will help you learn what to eat and why it will make you a champion. I will make for you a customized plan to get you to your goal.

When I Started Personal Training: September 2008
How I Started: Before I had two babies, I was about 130 lbs... After the stress I put on my body I got up to a whopping 253 lbs. I have lost over 100 lbs. I can also help you with your goals too!
