I was having a MAJOR MENTAL CRISIS. Made an appointment only to get there and be told they no longer except my HMO. The receptionist told me to call the back of my insurance card for a new doctor. Mind you I was there for a mental crisis and was in really bad shape!! Dr. Naroyan is amazing, but his staff is the worst I've ever seen. I now see why people feel hopeless and harm themselves.
Dr. Noroyan is an incredibly skilled, knowledgeable and kind physician. He never rushes appointments and truly listens. I trust him implicitly with my healthcare. His staff are friendly, professional and responsive. I feel so grateful to have found Dr. Noroyan. I know that I am in the best of hands with Dr. Noroyan and his team!
Dr. Noroyan is the only doctor I will see until he or I die. I saw him for the first time on 3/1/19. These folks saw me at my worst. They treated me like a human. They were understanding, professional and compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. If you're looking for a new PCP, Dr. Noroyan is the best. He's attentive, concerned and he doesn't rush. I felt legitimately attended to by a physician for the first time in years.
My first visit was with the PAEmily was Great,,,never seen the doctor Haroutunian which wasn't in the office that day. Next visit, the doctor came in and told me he seen me on the first appointment. Wrong, more or less called mea lair.....Great Doctor
I’m interviewing MDs in the Southfield area. I’d actually like to find the old-fashioned kind of doctor, the type who doesn’t farm out work to their buddies, the kind that actually fixes things themselves. I have recently left the practice of Beaumont Doctor Dr. Michael Haroutounian because whenever I come to him with a simple problem, he tries to send me to specialists who just happen to be other ‘Beaumont doctors’ “just to be safe”. I went to him with heartburn, he tried to send me to a cardiologist. I started taking Prilosec and the heartburn went away. I went to him with a sore toe, he wanted me to go to a liver specialist because of “elevated liver enzymes” of COURSE my liver enzymes are elevated, I’ve been eating liver-toxic acetaminophen to control the foot pain!, and he convinced me to consult with his visiting buddy the podiatrist, Dr. Ignazio Perna - who, by the way, charged me a $50 “office call” when I was already paying the same to Haroutounian, $80 for shoe inserts that didn’t help and also tried to double-charge me for x-rays that I paid Haroutounian for - and when I got my teeth pulled and all the infection left my body, the foot pain disappeared. So I switched insurances, from Blue Preferred Plus to Blue Care Network; and I left a practice I’ve been going to since 1968, because I feel the doctor looks at me like I’m his and his buddies’ personal cash-cow. I’m not saying I expect my doctor to be god-like...but neither do I want a doctor who is trying to pad his retirement accounts - and those of his cronies - out of MY pocket. “I’m a Beaumont Doctor." "I’m a Henry Ford doctor." “I’m a Providence doctor.” No, thanks; I’m looking for someone who can say, “I’m a Doctor.”
Great staff of Nurses, Doctors and Nurse Practitioners! The assist you with all your medical needs with a smile and kindness! If it’s a specialist you need they will help with referrals.
The doctors are wonderful but the office staff is rude and incompetent. They can not enter patient information to save their lives. When you do correct them they blame the patient for the mistake. Mary the "office manager" should not be managing any staff. She has the worst attitude of every person their. Do not waste your time with this office.
The most personable and professional group of medical personal I have ever seen. So very pleasant with a touch of humor. Just a wonderful group of people.
Dr Hart is the very best physician I have ever had ever. You will never find a better doctor anywhere.
