The buy 3 get 1 free standing deal is good for treats. The food prices can vary and you should definitely check the price online elsewhere versus the shelf price before buying.
Great customer service! I usually go in here regularly as the staff is super helpful and the service is great. The other day, I went in to get extra things for a sick cat. Once the staff learned why, they walked me through the store, pointing out all of the things they thought might be helpful and useful. They were genuinely very caring and helpful, and went above & beyond. Excellent service! I'm giving 4 stars because, as a company, PetFoodExpress has stopped carrying a few foods that my cats have liked, necessitating the need to find it elsewhere. It's hard to switch foods with finicky cats!! I still go in for everything else, because of this store's excellent service.
Favorite pet store in the Peninsula. My boys and I are hyper-regulars here and we are welcomed every single time. Its one of those spots that has a great selection of products, excellent prices AND super friendly staff. They are all warm and helpful and my two pups love getting treats from them all! Staff is great! Very helpful and friendly. Deducted one star for the prices but the variety is good, depending on the type of pet and what you are looking for... There is also a self-service dog wash area for those do-it-yourselfers.
Wendy and Danny were extremely nice to me and my pup. Accommodating me in on Sunday at 11 for a dog wash. They fed my dog some treats and just overall gave me a pleasant experience. Have been coming here roughly a year, will be coming back for other washes and dog needs! Thank you guys for providing excellent customer service!
One of my favorite pet stores! The staffing super friendly and helpful. Love the selection of quality products. Everything they sell is tested so you can shop comfortably knowing what you're buying meets a high standard. A typical weekend visit for me and my pup includes a bath at their wash station, and a quick stop by their treat shelves before heading home.
Love this place. It's small, but has a good selection of dog food. They have a pet wash. It's do it yourself for $18. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking too.
Friendly, knowledge and caring staff makes visiting the place and caring for you loved ones a charm, oh and always remember to buy in 4 as you only pay for 3! Isn't that awesome?
