Excellent. I adopted a sr. pup Friday through an event at another location. The coupons I received for petsmart with my pup have been very helpful.
Clean, nice customer service. I'm afraid they were severely understaffed. The checkout lines were long. The very nice lady getting up our fish needed help. A second lady came by and then never came back.
A/C seemed to be broken. It was 95° outside and felt cooler than the store. Cashier and "assuming" manager were too busy discussing duties to acknowledge my daughter and I at the checkout. The cashier was very nice after she finished her discussion, though. I guess I wouldn't be happy if I was working in that heat though either. My daughter wanted to look at the birds, but there were only 2 with all other cages empty. Maybe they died from the heat...
All the employees were very helpful and friendly. We love shopping there for all our pets' needs. We especially enjoy the great service we get in the fish department. Thank you, Petsmart!
Everything is outrageously expensive. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only reason I would go back is if they carried products I needed that no one else had and I had to have them for my pet.
if you love your fur baby do not bring them here. It’s my second time bringing my fur baby to this place the first time it was fine but the second time HORRIBLE! Not only the haircut my baby looks so bad and he wasn’t even that matted. I paid $104 for a grooming that we did not like not to mention my dog has been shaking for the past 48hrs. I have no idea what’s wrong with him he is not himself. Do not bring your pets here it is awful! My baby had a cut on his chest and is traumatized. Not only that as I was waiting for them to bring me my dog there was another groomer holding another dog and literally PULLING HIM FROM THE LEASH as I sat there and watched. Def going to find another place for my baby cause this was not it
This was Jessie’s first dog grooming experience and i think it’s safe to say she was loving the way the groomers were pampering her! Thank you so much Kayla! These photos are just hours apart! 10/10
There was no help to be found this day. Went looking for a rabbit or other small animal for an easter pet. No small animals there that I could find, and had never seen a rabbit there. Looked at the birds, and almost choked when I saw the price on zebra finches at like $49.99! I got them for $12.99 a couple years ago. The best part of the trip was a fresh load of goldfish that were very active. My kid loved them swimming around.
We visited this PetSmart in the summer of 2023. The store was clean for the most part. It wasn't spotless, but not not what I would consider dirty either. Just your typical merchandiser. In this case, the name tells you that they specialize in your pets. There didn't seem to be a lot of staff. But they could have just ben out of sight when we visited. We did not bring a pet in for any animal services, so I will not comment on those services, other than they do offer some services. They had a dog related class going on when we were there. We found the products and prices to be somewhat similar to the competition just down the road. This PetSmart is located off route 200, close to I 75, near Lowes. Their main competitor is approximately the same distance in all respects off of route 200 and as close to I75, on the other side of I 75. So if you're coming in from I 75, both stores are about the same distance in opposite directions. I really dislike the road to PetSmart, passing though this strip mall because they feel the need to put probably ten speed bumps in the short section. One or two, I can see to keep some folks at bay, but the amount they have is way too much, and hard on vehicles even if crawling over them. As such, I would rather and will go to the competition on the other side of I 75, since their parking/road situation is night and day better than this PetSmart. And in our particular case, slightly closer. To put it bluntly, the shopping experience is bad at PetSmart before you even get in the store. As such, I'll go to the competition for the much better shopping experience. PetSmart was fine for most of what you need. The prices may not be as low as one would like in such a store. Sometimes I feel like they take advantage of pet owners, since there are not many places to go. But like Lowes and Home Depot, or a host of other specialty stores, they seemed to have the same prices for the most part, as their main competitor down the road. It makes me wonder if big stores like this have an agreement on where to set their prices in keeping a monopoly between the pet titans.
Run from this place for dog grooming they have ticks and fleas definitely not cleaned !!!
