I love everything about this place even the workers become your family I go there for my turtle and now triad bully terrier puppy are sometimes ‍ just to go chop it up with the crew ‍ Also Jamel the manager is so wholesome with a very wise soul and is definitely rocking the title of a great pleasant and bright helpful manager
I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. I’ve been going here for close to 4 years and never had one bad time. Every staff member is so kind, gentle and personable. Always offering to help especially when I’m struggling with my dogs, always offering solutions, coupons etc The store is always well stocked and clean. A serious shout out to the staff here. You guys really make a difference everytime I walk in there Pretty sure my pups would agree! good job y’all

I simply gave this a one star only to have it posted. Stopped into this store located in Garfield Heights as I was in the area and needed to pick up live insects for my bearded dragons. I am a reptile lover so I naturally took a look at the available reptiles in their store. I came across the bearded dragons. The images below were taken from my cell phone of a clearly dead bearded dragon. It appears thin, was non moving, and obviously not living. The tank conditions were filthy. Wilted old food and feces all over the tank making the living conditions less than favorable. I am bringing this to someones attention hoping that this type of animal cruelty is resolved. If you cannot properly provide a sanitary, healthy environment for these animals then you truly do not deserve to be selling them for profit. At the very least the dead reptile should have been removed from the tank to prevent illness and bacterial decay from spreading to your other reptiles. This is disgusting and I hope ends up in the right hands to properly handle.
The Store is in much better shape compared to last year. The Manager and team are doing a solid job.
Good... Friendly folks, Helpful Usually the day after a big purchase, I get an email for 25% off, that would have been nice the first time I went. I guess they want you back the next day.
Worst Groom my dog has ever had by Carolyn, clearly not experienced. Not only was my dog shaven down to being bald but her cut is extremely crooked. I would not recommend bringing any dog here unless you expect them to be shaven completely down. Staff was incredibly nice however the groomer is clearly working off of commission and is not experienced in actual grooming. I will be disputing the charges $80 for a cut I could have done myself is absolutely outrageous. My dog was not bathed and if she was I can’t tell. I washed her again once I got her home and the dirt in her under belly is now gone. I called the store to receive a PARTIAL refund and they were extremely rude I even told her I was upset with the grooming service not with her and was looking for guidance on who to speak with. I will dispute with my bank because clearly they do not care at all. My dog is under 15 pounds I didn’t think it would be that hard to actually bathe her after spending $80! I’m honestly shocked at the fact that there’s nothing they can do. Please do not take your animal here, I’m sure they do amazing work at time but unfortunately they are not trained properly nor care enough. I get they are commission based but still I expected all services to be rendered not partial and not with inexperienced groomers. They have a picture posted on the door of a miniature schnauzer I mean clearly you could have looked at the photo and referenced for the haircuts instead of her being bald and unbathed. And if I am being extremely detailed I asked for the plain pink bandanna and received a red bandanna with an advertisement of the store. Update: received a call from the general manager with the groomer in the background arguing with me. General manager was very polite and did state he would give me a refund that was on Thursday 01/19 as of today 01/24 no refund has been processed. Will dispute with my bank.
