Very nice and friendly we loved the way thay handled our pet. Would trust them very much. Very happy puppy.

First two experiences were great. Took great care of our pups, especially my senior. It was known that I wanted to stay on a regimine to keep the dogs on schedule and we were to schedule appointments when we pick up from current grooming session. My husband picked up our dogs and didn't schedule. I called twice once immediately following that appt to schedule and no one called back, waited a month or so tried to call knowing it would probably be a few weeks and again left a message and no one called back. Called again today, received a call and at first they said I wasn't in their system as a customer?? Then of course they are booked out a ways and not willing to do anything for me and when I finally tried to pick a day/time that WASN'T convenient for me they don't want me as a customer anymore since I was frustrated with them?? It's their fault I wasn't on their schedule to begin with for reoccuring appointments and their fault no one called me back the first two times! I was a good tipper and very happy with their services. Funny how the first time I called they got me in within a week and now they don't want to do me any favors or even my business.... Repeat business is where its at people. Those are the customers you bend over backwards for. Clearly they don't care about their customers or their dogs. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Lisa is always pleasant and does a lovely job with our furbaby. You know she has to be kind and gentle with them because our little dog is always excited to see her.

Will never take my dogs anywhere else! I have a anxious stubborn dog that loves to bark and a dog that has a bad leg and they take great care of both of them.
