Love this Pet Supplies Location! The staff are always really nice. I’ve taken my dog, Zuko here quite a bit for nail trims and the groomers are amazing. They’re really patient with him even when he tries to jump off the table.
They have a good supply of animal products and services. Also, if you have trouble finding certain products at bigger stores like Wal-Mart and Meijer, this place might have it. For instance, the big stores may carry the more expensive 50 per pack items, whereas this place will also have the smaller 10 per pack items. The workers are always very nice and ask you if you need help. They have a nice rewards program that helped me save $15 on one of my visits. You can also get in and out of this place pretty quickly too.
My dog ended up with ringworm after using the self washing station. Now I will be decontaminating my whole house and cars - in hopes my family doesn’t get it too. Thanks *sarcasm*
My wife and I went here and only here for dog food, treats, toys, everything for our dogs when they passed and we got a cat we couldn't think of going anywhere else! We love the quality of food they carry, treats, and staff. They are the best and nicest people!
Great staff always friendly and helpful. Always a great selection and our old English sheepdog loves coming here! We visit weekly and it’s always a great experience.
We had a ton of questions about a fish tank setup and all of the employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. We were even asked by two other people if we needed help while we were already being helped. Great staff and experience. Thanks guys!
I absolutely love this pet store. It's definitely worth setting up the rewards program and signing up your pet for birthday rewards.
I went there looking for a certain brand of dog food. They don't have that brand, but what they do have is a HUGE selection of family owned businesses and products. I found a brand that is made in Wisconsin and it's $15 cheaper for a 30 lb. bag. Notice how some bags that used to weigh 30 lbs now weigh 24 lbs.. Hmmm ,,,,must be the Co-Vid, . Yeah.......that's the ticket!!
My dogs and new pup love this place. Great place to found about anything you need for your pet . I love when they toy sales.
The people that work there are great. My complaint is that the dirty dog card went from $25 to $40. That is a 60% increase. Shame on Pet Supplies Plus corporate office for putting the squeeze on middle-class pet owners. Has water really gone up that much? I seriously doubt it. As consumers, the only recourse we have is with our wallets. I guess I will be giving my dog a bath at home from now on. The two stars that I gave is for the employees- they are a wonderful.
