Lauren is the best when it comes to taking care of Max's grooming needs. Since he is a senior dog, he needs a quieter environment when grooming, so she schedules her senior pets together when booking her appointments. She has excellent communication skills and takes time to make each client feel special and you can see that she really enjoys what she does. It shows in her actions and her level of compassion and patience with those who are in her care.

We love this Petco! It is so close to home. We use their store and the online ordering for delivery. We also get our two fur babies groomed here with Lauren, their stylist Lauren is an amazing groomer and is amazing with our babies! You can tell she loves what she does and takes such good care of them. She goes above and beyond with their care and we all look forward to their grooming visit! We have two shy Shih Tzus. She makes them feel so comfortable and is able to do such an amazing job! Go see Lauren....you won't be disappointed!!!

Employees were very nice. But the store is incredibly claustrophobic and hard to push a cart around. I wanted to look at the bettas and other fish and they looked really rough. Sales prices are also not listed at all when it comes to fish equipment at least and since it's so cramped it's really hard to find what you need.

Worst pet store experience I've ever had. Went into this store simply to buy some fish for my 4 year old and that was a problem. I was refused all the fish I wanted to purchase except 1 set and they were hesitant to give me that. Every pet store that I've ever went to NEVER has never given me the problem that I had here just to buy some fish for my kid. I went as far as to contact corporate to see if there was some type of policy change since we hadn't visited that store but once and there wasn't. It came off like a racial issue to my husband and I. Even after we talked to the general manager nothing was done. Months later and still no call from a regional/district manager. Never again.

My dogs are always groomed with excellent care!

Bad experience with Jake today, Stire Mgr. He's very rough around the edges. Treated ne like I was a cadet in his Army. Not friendly & poor customer service

I bought a banana ball python from y’all great help she is healthy and doing well she was a newcomer hatchling so not eating frozen mice at all only eat live hoppers only tried everything assist feeding throws up any frozen mice so other one that came with her will only eat live as well thank you

We love the store as a whole, but Lauren and the rest of the grooming dept. is who keeps us coming back to the Ashland Petco. She treats our two little shih tzu pups like they are her very own, and does an amazing job grooming/cleaning them as well. Every time we pick them up they look perfect and smell like heaven as well. Lauren is incredibly nice and makes the whole process simple and enjoyable. She has even given us tips for grooming/overall care for our pups in between visits. It's refreshing to deal with someone who truly cares about her customers/clients. As long as Lauren and her team are there, we won't have any reason to go anywhere else!

Everyone is always so kind, warm greetings can be expected at this location! Love the dog trainer, he’s got a way with words.

The animals dont always look good and last couple times been piles of fish dead in the tanks. Some of the workers are nice but not everyone there knows about the animals
