Very understaffed. I've only found a few people that are friendly, the others seem to just be there for the paycheck. Don't always have what you need, that's not their fault, buy don't get your hopes up! They'll also give you recommendations of something comparable to what you're looking for, but it's not always comparable in price. I live out of the area and came in for an online order. I was greeted with a warm welcome and unlike most places, the associate asked to confirm my identity. Well done! I appreciated someone doing their job - thank you!

I adopted my kitten here in the adoption center a couple months ago and recently came back for supplies. and almost got another kitty The staff here are very helpful, relatable and kind! A couple items rang up with a different price than what was on the shelf and they kindly helped with adjusting it once it was pointed out. Thank you!!

Got an appointment for my pet for next day. They did a miracle. Staff was very friendly and she took care of my dog so good. They also added accessories. I like haircut and service!

Safe place with friendly employees. Avoid this place on dog training day. It was a pain shopping, with young dogs and their families getting in the way.

Both of the staff members I encountered were friendly. One suggested a product after a brief discussion about my puppy. There was a decent selection of items to choose from for what I needed.
