Rudest veterinarians I've ever come in contact with. Main vet told me to stop asking questions ABOUT MY PET so she could write notes which is fine? But she was extremely rude as in "can you just wait a minute. I'm just trying to get these notes done and I'm not even halfway though" with a straight face. They rushed me out of the room WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE BILL because they kept saying they really had to move onto the next client and i kept saying "that's fine. I just need the bill" and they all ignored me without any guidance on how I would be receiving the bill since they would not look at me Not one of them opened the door so I could carry my pet out of the room. They all had their backs to me. From my experiences I've never had to walk myself out of a room in a doctors office in silence. Such awful professionalism. I would ask questions about my cat and it was just rude, dismissive behavior. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because my pet got her vaccines but I'm not coming back simply due to awful awful professionalism and work demeanor. Embarrassing.

I was looking for assistance with puppy training supplies. Initially, I called Petco because of their advertisement. They were very helpful in holding certain items for me until I could get to the store. Once there, the store employee was able to advise me as to proper usage of a training device. This information led to a conversation with the resident puppy trainer, Meagan, who was especially kind in offering puppy training tips . She talked to us for at least a half an hour giving us wonderful suggestions. With this unexpected reception from store personnel, we decided to sign up for puppy training classes. It has been a tremendous teaching tool to assist us with giving our new puppy the advantage of becoming a well trained canine.

Bought a harness for our puppy online. Went to pick it up and it was entirely too small. I needed it quickly and did not have time to wait on a delivery. The website did not include any measurements, and indicated they had a very limited supply in the store. I chose this harness as it was the only one that was offered for pick up. After seeing it and realizing it was too small, the clerk took us back and showed us a large variety of harness they had in stock, AT THE STORE. Picked out another harness, also a small. Went to exchange it and found out that the harness we paid over $15 was on actually on clearance for $4. She gave me credit for what I paid originally, and I paid another $15 for the second harness. Website is very deceitful, and with the exception of the girl who checked us out, the staff is beyond being pleasant. During our previous visit, the floors were literally covered in trails of urine, and they even offered to sell me a bag for my purchase. I declined. 2 for 2. Way to go Petco!

I came to this store yesterday afternoon. No one greeted me or asked if I needed anything. You’re not supposed to cohabitate leopard geckos for multiple reasons. But there was 6 or more together. The tank was really dirty and the food was dead and dry. The vegetables where kind of starting to rot. For some of the fish tanks it was hard to see because it was cloudy or algae really bad on the glass. Just the conditions of the animals/ fish was just sad.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff from the neighborhood. I’ve been shopping here and before this location I shopped at the old shopping center location or Fort Wright when they still existed for a really long time. They’ve always had a good selection and consistent inventory. I’m so glad that they support Stray Animal Adoption Program by hosting adoption events! It’s overall a really good store.

*graphic photo warning* Groomer cut our dog while grooming him and didn’t say anything, we found it while petting him. He has a really bad cut that is now infected and we now have to have the vet come see him this week and give him some antibiotics. I would not recommend going to this place.

With no customers in the store and staff at the front desk, no greeted me or asked if I needed help. Walked around not finding what I needed or a person to help. I searched on Amazon and ordered in the store. There is a reason brick and mortar stores are not worth your time. Thanks for the reinforcement Petco!

Great variety of high quality goods for your fur babies. The harnesses and leashes are made well, and I love the treat and toy selection.

Very helpful and has the brand I was looking for. You can order online and pick up in store, same day. Only a 9 because they don't have the Stella and Chewys. Stella Stews

Having to carry out a 35lb bag of dog food, and two other products and I literally had to pay 50cents for a plastic bag. Maybe manage your business better so you can afford the cost of plastic bags. Or if you’re trying to push being eco friendly then get paper bags. What a joke to be paying and then ask for a bag and they cancel the payment so they can add it. Next time I’ll be forced to get a cart and leave it in the lot
