Top notch service! I went in to the store this morning after a horrible experience at the spectrum store in Edgewood. I was frustrated with the flaming hoops spectrum makes you jump through to return your equipment. The lady that helped me, I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name, was fabulous. She understood my frustration and allowed me to vent about the experience. I was able to leave the ups store with a smile and feeling like a valued customer. I have been to this location a few times and have always been impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the employees. Ups, thank you for the amazing service!
This has to be the absolute best UPS store i have ever been to. Becky was tremendously helpful and helped me get items shipped worryfree. Best customer service I have seen in a very long time.
I have visited this store quite a few times in the last couple months and I am so impressed with their speed and accuracy. I've arrived with lines backed up to the front door and I have never been in the store longer than 5 mins. This office is so well staffed and efficient. I am so impressed by their team work, expertise, and customer service. I dread going to any mailing service store but not this one! Highly recommend! I waited in line at this store to send a pre-packaged box this evening. After relaying my information along with the recipient’s, the cashier gave me a quote of $274 to send the box with ground service. I thought that was a bit outrageous, so I went home and bought/printed my own label with identical dimensions and weight. The total was $40.30. That’s right, a $233 markup. I will never, ever be setting foot inside another UPS Store. Package dimensions/weight: 58”x25”x10” and 12 lbs. shipping ground from 41017 to 22191 Edit following business’s reply: After speaking with your corporate headquarters I am 100% certain this is not accurate - they relayed that you ARE allowed to mark up prices to a certain extent, that this is exactly what happened in this situation, and that it exceeded the amount that it was allowed to be marked up. HQ also told me they would be in touch with the location owner and that s/he would be calling me within two business days - that phone call never came. DO NOT visit this location.
I walked in with 2 returns from Amazon. The employee who “greeted” me, or choose to not greet me had an awful attitude. Wasn’t friendly. For a moment I thought maybe she’s having a bad day. I tried to be extra nice and she continued to be rude. Never smiled. Never spoke. Just rude and had a nasty attitude and look on her face. The sad part is, is that I looked at her name tag and it said she was the owner. Very sad. For her to be the business owner and treat customers this way is just awful.
Great store I would highly recommend. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Do not use as an Amazon return location. They have cancelled three different returns and I assume kept the items. It was a costly learning experience. Having the printed drop off receipt was not helpful since the cancellation occured after we left. Definitely avoid.
Best mailbox service for those working on the road hands down. I researched many and used a few. Very happy with my current choice and glad I will not need to search for another mail forwarding service in the future. Our yearly rental is worth every penny.
UPS Store 2734 has the Best customer service you can ask for and, I can’t thank the Schillings enough for going above and beyond to help me with my Amazon Return I was having trouble with but the icing on the cake is that they are an American Family Owned and Operated Location in fact from now on even if I have to go out of my way I’m going to come here for all my Shipping needs unless it’s International!!!!!!!!! Thank you again for helping me!!!!!!! #WalkingTallJonHall
