My son and I bought a ferret from here. He's just WONDERFUL! We named him Eddie, and he's just so playful and funny and energetic and am absolute blast!!! He is so healthy, and was most definitely worth it! The store was clean and inviting, and all the associated knew what they were doing and they were very polite and helpful.

The lady who checked me out last night was so nice! Was buying stuff for a kitten and they have lots of options. The lady up front was probably just as excited as I was about a new kitten: I’m happy this store is so close to my house!!

Pet owners should understand the difference between wanting the best for your pet and wanting to save money while still getting the best for your pet... vegan dog treats really? Even the staff was letting me know they are not good for your dog to consume because it contains glycerin oils and other things that give your dog serious diarrhea. Dogs are meat eaters. If your not cool. But your dog likes meat. I couldn't care if you ate sawdust for a living... however, your dog eats meat Karen. I give I 3 stars cause the staff were cool

We have a cat and a dog and spend a lot of money at this place. We got our cat Advantage 2 and she got a bad allergic reaction from it. We got her into the vet and antibiotics, and after the fact we thought to return the last 3 treatments to Petco to try to get our money back. The girl working at the front was really helpful and just had to get a manager override. When she went to the back the manager said it was 2 days over 30 days so our purchase would not be refunded. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars here and never returning anything, we are very disappointed in the customer service. $150 in vet bills later we will be taking our business elsewhere.

They had everything I tried to buy online but kept getting told it was out of stock at my local stores. I'm glad I took the chance and popped in anyways. Employee at the register was super helpful when I had trouble making pet tags. Would definitely recommend stopping by for your pet needs.

Bought a live plant for my established fish tank. I had 5 guppies who were over a year old. Very healthy fish and I invested a lot of time and money into them and their tank. I put the plant in the tank, and within days all of my guppies died of a mysterious disease caused by the plant. Please please please test your fish or plants before you sell them. I’m sure this is far from the first time this has happened.

This place is just perfect to buy fish and other animals. I was very proud to get 4 fish, three for me, and one for my Dad. I love the fish sooo much. The majority of the fish were very healthy. See what I loved was that the employee was very nice and explained the fish' genders and when certain fish were going to be on sale. He even showed me and my Dad which ones were pregnant. Which one of those is coming home with me tonight. This is one pet store I recommend to go to.

Our go-to dog groomer! Definitely schedule in advance, they get busy! This location the employees were a lot friendlier than others we've been to. Clean & happy dogs! We will be back!

I love PetCo because I can get my doggo some nice treats and new toys. I wrote 2 stars because the sanitation of the fish tanks and some of the reptiles are dirty. It is concerning as a recurring costumer to see no visible upkeep on the cleaning, and it is also concerning for the critters.

I had a great experience with 2 employees here. One in particular assisted me with buying a muzzle for my dog. Very helpful, and very kind!
