Not sure what happened to the old staff, but I refuse to go into this store now. The used to carry plus size, but now they do not. So the store only carries extra small to large now. I went into the store, looking for XL clothing, and couldn't find anything. I flagged down a worker There were maybe 4 customers in the store including myself, so they were not busy . The girl was rude and snotty. She then laughed when I asked where the plus size section had gone. She pretty much implied plus size clothing was a waste of the store's time. I ended up talking to the person at the register, again received attitude and was told I wasn't really their main customer base. Sorry for having a large chest?? At least this person was "helpful" in telling me I could get the items I wanted online... but I don't want to deal with any of these people if I need to return something. What happened to the old manager and staff?
The employees were very nice and willing to help in any way but not too pushy
What can I say....Rue 21 pants just fit right. The staff is always friendly here too. I went in and got two pairs of Jean's today for $24 total! What a steal!!!!
I give it 2 stars because I usually find one thing Ill buy, but honestly I don't know if they even interview before they hire. It would be insulting to monkeys to compare IQ's. I bought a pair of shorts that were tagged the wrong size. When I went to exchange them for a pair in the right size, I had an employee say they would charge extra to have them shipped from Albany to Eugene, however that is not Rue21's policy or the policy of any other store Iv ever been to. They also guessed without checking anything as to how much it would cost, pretty much saying it would cost more to ship than the item itself. When I called to check on the item supposedly shipped, 5 days later, I gave them the information they needed, and the employee still didn't know what I was talking about. She asked a fellow employee if it was an item they had already put out on the sales floor, and then got confused with my request again. All I wanted to know was if they had gotten the shorts yet. She had to call the Albany store and double check if they even sent it. She ended our interaction by saying that they sent it, but it wouldn't arrive til 5 days later 10 day shipping from Albany to Eugene. Clearly they dont care about the customers getting what they're paying for as well as they're own store policy.
I just read about the rude clerk at your store. The clerk who told a young teenage girl to leave because of her weight. I am disgusted at the behavior of the Rue 21 clerk and wonder how she was hired with such an attitude. I also doubt that this was their first rude behavior towards the public. I would like to see the company apologize. I have 3 teenage granddaughters and they will not be shopping at Rue 21, nor will I.
My daughter always finds something here and the service from the associates is always top tier!! Friendly connection every time!
I love this store.I went to buy some Christmas presents on Thanksgiving night, they had quite a lot of inexpensive stuff to choose from.
Rue twenty one is a great place to go to get stylish or trendy clothing at a fairly inexpensive price. This one how ever didn't seem to have much for men's clothing at all though.
Love this store I went in looking for a new fashion and came out looking good not only on the clothing but price wise too
This place has some interesting clothing my daughter's really enjoy shopping here next time you're by their stop in and take a look
