Henry did a wonderful job with my Australian Shepherd today! He was caring and patient with her.

Drop my dog off you grooming services. I get a call three hours later that my dog has a rash, and she has to be rushed to Coral Springs. I called back the store manager, Alyssa Johnson. She stated that she can’t speak to me over the phone. It’s best that we talk in person I get to Coral Springs a 35 minute drive, to find out that my dog has been injured from the groomer. She has an open wound on her leg . At least be transparent when you’re calling someone in an emergency state. I was so upset I didn’t get the refunded I left with my dog she even lied to the vet to cover her tracks. They were unaware were the dog came from what happen to the dog everything was a confusion ! Wow petco.

The team at the Plantation location are great and always willing to help out. I love that they truly are looking for quality products, so yes it is more costly than other large stores but I’m more confident purchasing things vs scouring the label to see where a product was produced or what’s in it.

The selection is nice here for pet supplies, but the pricing has become a bit outrageous. I was able to purchase FreshPet 6 lb rolls of refrigerated dog food for $4 cheaper per roll at the Target store across from the mall a 2-minute drive. The staff is helpful, though.

Super nice staff! I bought a pretty large fish tank and one of the staff members carried it all the way to my car for me in the rain! I didn't catch his name, but he's amazing and very kind!

We love coming here to shop for our cats. The store is so clean, and organized. Always easy to find exactly what we are looking for. Like most places, they have a rewards program that offers discounts on stuff we were going to buy anyway. Even with all that, the best part of the store is the friendly staff. Every single staff member I have come in contact with has been knowledgeable and friendly. They are never too busy to answer a question, or simply give a smile. They also let you interact with the cats and kittens that are available for adoption. If we didn't already have 2, we would DEFINITELY consider adopting from this store. Thank you guys for being great, and caring about animals as much as we do!!

This Petco was fantastic. We just moved to the area from NY and everyone here was very friendly and our dog a biewer Yorkie was given a lot of attention and care from the employees there. We signed up for their pet grooming service and the women that spoke with us was really wonderful and we are looking forward to getting his first grooming here.

We have been coming to this Petco for years. The store is well stocked, items are easy to find and kept clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also have used trainer and grooming in past, and happy with results.:

For a person with extreme anxiety, who usually does curbside pickup, it was a great experience. The store wasn't crowded. I was able to find what I needed and get out quickly.
