We had a wonderful experience buying our first family dog here at Petland. A big shout out to Madison who helped us find our perfect missing puzzle piece, meet Gigi our newest addition! Thank you to the whole staff for your attention to detail and making sure it’s not just another sale but ensuring they go to a home that is prepared and ready to give them the best care.
Chris helped us from the second we walked in the door to the second we walked out. He was extremely professional and helped us understand everything perfectly. He helped us find our new little family member and we are very happy with the entire service that was brought upon us visiting this location.
We had a great experience at Petland! Madison was so patient with us and helped us find our baby. So excited to welcome Pumpkin to our family!
based on all the wonderful reviews I was excited to visit Petland for the first time. upon arrival, I was not formally greeted. I did not feel welcomed at all. the first dog I met had dry hair with dandruff. One of my son's shoes came off and I can tell you this floor does not get cleaned. my son's sock was so black with dirt. the employees are huddled up in the back chatting amongst themselves. overall I was disappointed in the employee's behavior no eye contact from anyone. the employees care more about the latest gossip instead of attending walking customers. the puppies are so cute and deserve better treatment, someone in the back yelled at the dogs for barking and jumping? that's how dogs behave, why punish them for it? juan the manager is helpful, attentive and has great mannerism.
Thanks to both Adrian and sal for the help of getting my new best friend. My dog was love at first site and with their help we got the deal done. If you ever come to Petland if Pembroke Pines these two will help you out and you too will walk out with a best friend
Amanda was amazing helping us find the puppy. She’s new there but has a lot of potential and desire to help a family find a new addition. Santi is the coolest guy there for sure!!! He helped us with the financing and helped settle my own kids down lol. Madison helped with the training of the employee and was awesome. All 3 of them were amazing!!! Best customer service hands down. Highly recommend
Visited to look around and potentially visit some puppies, and initially there was great service. We were honest about just looking around, and when we requested to visit a second puppy, it was unavailable so the worker asked if we wanted to see a different one while we were waiting. As soon as we wanted to switch to the final puppy we were asked if we were serious about looking for a puppy since there was a 2 puppy limit. We were not looking to take advantage of any service and we were told one thing by a worker and something different by another. It was a very awkward situation where it felt like if we weren’t buying an animal that day then we should leave.
The whole team/store was just absolutely phenomenal. I recommend these guys any day Julie, Mark, Enzo, Sam and Chris were just amazing and we appreciate their efforts so much.
Today we had the most amazing experience at Petland Pembroke Pines. We added the most precious little baby to our family. Our sales person Luis Andrew was so amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience and that we were 100% satisfied with our decision. Everyone at the store was so helpful, loving and kind. Sophi was also amazing and so knowledgeable. Thank you Petland!!!
Came to find a long time friend! Madison made sure we felt comfortable through the whole experience! She explained and answered all the questions we had !! We love Madison!!
