I have tried all of the supermarkets. Publix is, by far, the best one because they have a good variety of everything in spite of the fact that a few things are higher-priced when you added up overall it all adds up to about the same amount give or take five dollars. That's $5 in gas that you spend traveling around to the different supermarkets to save a few pennies. On the whole, people are pretty nice there. I have never encountered anyone rude working in Publix.
Friendly Staff and always well stocked. Although I do wish they had better selections for Sushi Wednesdays. Sushi rolls look kinda skimpy and it's mostly the same crab meat rolls. I also think it's really sad that Publix is incorporating self checkout when the employees are what makes shopping at Publix an experience and overall pleasure. Guest service is what has always set Publix apart from other grocery stores. Really sad to see employees that we are so familiar with go do to self checkout technology.
Hands down THE worst Publix sub service in all the south Florida Publix locations. We live within 2 miles so this is our Publix - we grocery shop here weekly. But subs? FORGET IT. They only ever have one person making them, never have the meat cut ahead of time, move like sloths with lines to the restrooms. People are always walking out of line, including us! Absolutely pointless and so infuriating when you have a family of 5 wanting to purchase their favorite subs. Do not recommend at all and management needs to listen and do something because they’re loosing tons of people from that line, every single time I’ve tried.
My favorite Publix supermarket. It’s clean, all staff are friendly and very helpful. Managers go out of their way to accommodate. If you can’t find something they’ll find it for you, and go as far as ordering it if they don’t have it in stock. It seems to be the Publix mission, to satisfy all customers.
I frequent this as our local grocery store, and it's always a great experience. Update: The employees are very friendly. I just left there for a normal grocery run. In addition to the normal "found everything OK?", she asked which soup I chose and approved of my decision clam chowder doesn't receive disapproval from many Another great experience.
Came here on 3/30/23 had an amazing time shopping. Cashier Terrance is absolutely amazing! He honestly made the checkout experience great. His attitude was amazing.
Jose the manager that works at this particular location needs to work on his attitude problems. Should consider working in a field that isn’t customer service related. Or simply call out of work if you aren’t having a good day. But to speak to a customer with attitude and walk off like a child because you don’t like what you are hearing is simply disrespectful.
I will never vist publix were there make sub and salad last Saturday in morning I waited 45 minute for chicken tender, I continued shop for groceries came back have have waited another 20 minute in lined, I ask chicken tender wk who get tender, that chicken tender was so hard,I couldn't chew, and give her 5.00 tip. When I got home i was so disappointed chicken was so hard I couldn't come back because I live in Opa-LOCKS. Then I can back for lunch waited again for 30 minuted-please I understand I not the only in line don't mind wait cause it's my choice come so far.the problem is the older lady who was fix and tag my salad was very unpatient, I explained to her I pay for extra! Never explain how much it will cost. It seem she was rush, that problem with, I think in need Future number should be pass out if chicken tender is not ready and publix wk should have name tag on. Never visit this publix again LINDA
Publix always provides fresh food with a very clean and presentable environment.I know I can trust the quality and freshness of the groceries and products sold there. In regards to pricing, it requires a little hunting as deals are available.
I've been a regular customer at Publix Supermarket in Pembroke Commons Plaza for a while now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. It's a large supermarket with a great selection of products, and the bakery section is particularly noteworthy. The chocolate ganache cake is my personal favorite, and I highly recommend it. One thing to note is that prices at Publix can be on the high side, but they do run frequent buy one get one offers that can help bring down the cost. Additionally, the quality of the products is generally high, and I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The store is well-organized and clean, and I appreciate the convenience of the location. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but it's generally manageable.
