I’ve always had issues with my storage and the lack of knowledge the customer service representatives have but you guys has proven to be so much better and to your associate Shana I’d recommend anyone to speak with her as she’s very knowledgeable and has an amazing spirit. She helped to make the experience worth while!
There's a few things I like with CubeSmart that other companies couldn't compete with, although the competitor's promotions were better. I'm so pleased with the space provided for my truck bc it's 30 feet long and the competition was only 25 feet long. I like the fact that CubeSmart gives gate access until 10pm and the competitor 9pm; CubeSmart also offers the option to have 24-hour gate access for an additional $15 monthly. Those are the factors that affected my decision to move forward with CubeSmart. In addition, the staff is extremely nice, patient, and understanding.

Wow great from the beginning, let me explain I did my check in online. When I got to my storage a lock was on it. I called the service department and they answered right away. Gave them my information and they help me with the Combination to remove the lock . The space was clean and the size I had expected!
Like the size of storage and the promotion where I can get one month free which was perfect since I only needed the storage for a month. My biggest draw back is roaches. Found a few roaches in my belongings and that can be the blaze to other people’s storage units and they bringing roaches from their house. But I would say this place needs pest control. Other than that it’s okay it’s kinda hot in there too but it’s not the worst
Customer service here is a plus. Shana was very helpful polite and very down to earth. I’ll recommend anyone to this location.. Keep up the good work
