My favorite destination for quality pet food and pet needs in general. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The store lay-out makes merchandise easy to find. They keep their stock current, have great seasonal sales, and there's always some fun new toy or accessory to discover tucked away on a shelf or at the checkout counter. The owner, Cindy, is passionate about animals. She supports local rescues and hosts regular adoption events at the store. Love that this store is part of the Lake Anne Community.

I have been shopping here forever! Their products are of the highest quality and their staff is amazing! They are always super friendly and happy to see me and my furkids. Cindy and Ann are very well read on nutrition and have helped me tremendously in calming down my pups' ailments. They are always there to recommend new toys for my super-chewers, and have helped me raise my furkids from puppies to old-timers. Thank goodness I found them. They have truly become lifelong friends!!

Cindy Williams is very knowledgeable about pet health and running a pet store that offers high quality products. Cindy ensures her store carries the best products and provides optimum customer service. She enjoys educating her clients on the best ways to take care of their pet's health. Cindy reaches out the community hosting fun pet focused events and helping pets get placed in new homes.

in my opinion this is the best petstore in northern va. the employees are so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and compassionate. you really feel like your among friends when you're at this store. PetMAC is a pet nutrition center, and for sure these folks know nutrition. they were so helpful when i wanted to start adding raw food to my dog's diet, they provided me with all the information i needed to get started. PetMAC cares about dog health. they put the health and safety of your pet first, not something you can say about most big petstore chains. the products are expensive, but the quality is worth it. the selection of treats is amazing and i always get something new that my dog loves every time i go. i feel like no matter what i buy i'm getting something i know is safe and healthy for my dog. i love this store! i've never heard a word against it, and i doubt i ever will.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Small store, but they have a lot in stock and a lot of variety for both cats and dogs. The cat section is the side room.

Everyone who works here is super friendly!!! Also very informative and helpful when trying to figure out everything in need for my pet. From food too toys they always will provide you with all the information that you will need.

This is one of my favorite places to get specialty food and treats for all our dogs. We have several spanning in age, and the owner and her team always know exactly what we need!
