Very friendly, and extremely helpful. They just might have saved my dogs life, where other places just gave her pills like she was in hospice. They went the extra mile and my baby dog is healthy again. The young lady in the front is super kind. Always a pleasure doing business with Pets R Us. Thank You!
After taking my very sick Oscar to Pets R Us I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone!! They are not only caring and concerned about your pet they are concerned about you as well. I thought I was not going to bring my dog home again but this highly trained Vet and Staff took my Oscar and saved him!! I can't thank them enough for their care of Oscar. Thank you Dr. SOLIMAN AND NURSE JUICY. You ladies are truly amazing
They kept him for 2 1/2 hours while I waited had to wait in my car on a hot summer day. I don't even know if he saw a real vet only talked to her once and then came the pricing from the staff by phone, I had to cut it down to half price. I hated sitting next to their building and hearing my dog cry knowing that every time he cried, he was alone and frightened. It was a horrible experience and I will not return. All the way home I kept wondering what just happened. It was over all an expensive and bad experience.
I first went to pets r us because my boxer had a seizure they were able to see him right away and found out that he had kidney disease he's been doing better. we have been going there for the last 6 months and she has also seen my other dog. I love this place the staff is so great especially with my boxer and the vet really seems to care about my babies well being
The experience was good. Would have liked to have met the doctor but because of health reasons we couldn't go inside. My cat Greysie had UTI symtoms and they took him in for testing blood work and xrays. I wandered over to the mall to wait. The vet called me and was very kind and told me what they were doing. The staff was helpful in consulting me every step of the way on treatment cost going according to my budget and what I could spend. They gave him antibiotics and pain medication by shots. They took good care of him. It wasn't cheap but it could have been more somewhere else. Greysie is part of my family and I appreciate their help in helping him recuperate. No matter the cost he's worth it. I love Greysie and my other cat Bella and would do anything to save them and make their lives healthy and happy Their quality of life is the most important thing to me. So in conclusion I would recommend their animal hospital and look forward to meeting the doctor and staff in the near future. They were very caring with Greysie and were very concerned about keeping to my budget and what I could afford but also making sure he got the best care. They were thoughtful and calmed my fears as to what was going on with Greysie. They were very reassuring and positive about his improvement going forward. Thanks Dr Solimon and staff!
My wife and I had to help our Holly across the Rainbow Bridge. I called and made an appointment in the morning and they showed up about 4 hours later. Dr. Soliman came out she was very kind and compassionate to my wife and I. She talked to us before Holly left us and after Holly was gone. I highly recommend Pets R Us and we are switching to their clinic.
I don’t understand why they are still under COVID restrictions and then I get a call that my cat needs to be on meds and that the assistant would call me back with costs and to pick up. I haven’t heard back and now they are closed today. I took my cat on Monday and now I hope to hear back from the tomorrow, Thurs so I can get the needed medication for my cat.
We started going to Pets R Us in 2020 and it made sense they didn’t allow me in. Now it’s 2023 and I’m not so sure anymore. Also, $33 for a nail trim is expensive. I’ll pay the $20 at Chewys Bonetique where they file the nails smooth.
Dr. Cahill apparently is the supervising doctor for their mobile pet service, Passionate Paws. Misty is apparently the contact for this service, who admitted to having no qualifications other than being in the process of obtaining certification as a veterinary assistant. Misty was contacted to euthanize a cat in the comfort of the home after being diagnosed with a fatal condition by a reputable and licensed veterinarian after extensive blood and imaging testing. After giving the cat a once over, Misty declared the cat saveable and convinced the owner to test the cat for worms. When the owner hesitated, she doubled down by declaring the treating vet incompetent and the owner uncaring if they didn't do as she said. The owner agreed, put off the euthanasia, and let her perform the test. Later when the owner suggested getting a second opinion, Misty became verbally abusive, declaring herself as the authority on the cat's condition and called the owner, ironically, a narcissist. It's 72 hours later, a second opinion was obtained, mass was found near the kidney and the poor cat spent the night vomiting blood. The cat is being euthanized after it's prolonged suffering. Misty is a nut case, but it's Dr. Cahill who is responsible for this unfortunate event. As the supervising veterinarian, he should not be giving this kind of responsibility to an unqualified employee. Even a licensed veterinary assistant is not qualified to render a diagnosis and treatment plan. Misty overstepped and caused undo duress to a client at a most vulnerable moment. I'm sure there are qualified at-home veterinary services out there. But before you allow anyone to provide any treatment for your pet, insist they show their credentials. Your physician and veterinarian offices have their degrees on the wall for a reason.
Dr. Solimon and her staff have been very receptive and responsive to my requests, and the treatment of my dog’s cancer. Dr. Solimon has taken the time to learn about me as an owner, and adapted to my needs as necessary. I can definitely be a pain, but they have all handled my questions and requests with the professionalism you’d expect from a top hospital.
