We got cat litter trays for our automatic litter box. They had what we needed, store was clean and organized and staff was friendly. Update: we got our dog Henry groomed and it a good experience. He looks great. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional
Somewhat smaller than the "typical" PetSmart location, but I'm always able to find everything I need. There's usually some kind of special/clearance sale, too, which is cool. Sale items are - importantly - not past their expiration dates as happens at some other places... I've never had to wait very long in line at this location, which is a huge plus.
Love this PetSmart. They're always so welcoming and accommodating. They'll help you with whatever you need assistance on. Most of the staff are actual animal lovers themselves so no wonder why they're so great! Lol - love brining my fur babies in here with me. They love it

I love that humans can bring their animal loved ones TO the stores now. It makes me so happy to see dogs picking out a new toy, it's too adorable. I haven't figured out how to bring my goats in to visit though, what with the traffic in that strip mall, and the likely lack of carrots / apples / peanuts/ etc on-hand & available for my hiking buddies. For real though, I love visiting here, and have happy memories of adopting 2 of our family overlords/cats from here, and those cats have been very good to us.

I bought a cat climber, July 9th 2021 I'm 64 years old the box was heavy I got it home opened it put it together to find I was missing parts. I called the store spoke with the manager to have him tell me I can bring it back fact it's heavy He told me they won't open another box to get the parts missing I could call tomorrow speak to the store manager I have been shopping there sence they opened in East Greenbush NY If I was 20 years younger I would return it and never shop there again The man who claimed to be a manager was rude and very unprofessional As you can see in photo below I'm not able to attach the one part because it's missing the screw w6 I'll go to true value tomorrow morning and bring my paper and ask them to help me and get the part I need but I will no longer shop at that Pet Smart
They had a kitten at PetSmart that I was interested in because it looked just like my daughters favorite cat when he was a kitten and he died last year. I filled out the application and stated we had another cat that went outside and I have two Golden retriever dogs. We love our animals and do our best to give them a great home. I never thought for a minute I would be denied a rescue and told my daughter about the kitten. She was very excited. About 30 minutes before going to see the kitten I was emailed that I was denied because I have dogs and let my cat go outside. Even though I said I had no intention letting this cat go outside. My issue is if you have a no dogs and outside policy that maybe say that clearly up front or at the PetSmart. Felt it was a little personal, like the person was enjoying denying my application. I have brought my dogs to petsmart for years for grooming and have always been a happy loyal customer but this experience has made me so angry I will never step foot in a petsmart again.
