Stood in line for 15 minutes because it was understandably busy. However the cashier decided, after I was waiting for the aforementioned duration along with someone else behind me, to turn off her light and that she was closed and taking only the next person in front of me. I have worked at a register before and you don’t just decide to close suddenly when people are on line. When I said something she had a blank expression on her face. Perhaps these cashiers need to be better trained about how to shut down a lane.
Thank you to the seasonal team for helping to find my mum and I a specific Halloween decoration. I searched several Targets and the East Greenbush Target was the only one who offered to help locate this item. Thank you again.
Always easy to get in and out of this Target store I have never had a problem. Online pickup Is fast and courteous. Always pleasant employees that I have dealt with. The store and ladies restroom always clean any time I have been there. I do enjoy shopping here.
They will bring 16 bottles of liquid formula to your car a day through the drive-up app but if you actually go into the store and try to buy more than 4 bottles of formula through the register they will accuse you of trying to price gouge it and sell it online. Seems like there management likes to make up rules and make egregious accusations of a mom just trying to buy enough formula to feed her kid for a week and a half. There is no signage near the formula shelf about how many you can purchase at one time and it seems odd you can purchase 4x the amount from drive-up but not if you go into the store. No one from their management team actually listened to my questions they just condescendingly explain to me there is a formula shortage. Seems not to align with their corporate policies since they allow 16 bottles in a 24 hour period to be brought to my car. Please train your employees better and make sure they are properly informed of your policies and have better ways to communicate with customers that don’t involve egregious accusations.
Target was a mess. Clothing was all over the floor, the display tables were jumbled, and sizes were all mixed up. It’s not just one location either. Used to be a pleasant place - remember the frenchified name, Tar- jhay? Now it looks more like Gar-bagh!
Recently I found that two different products had prices marked on their shelf front that were not the actual price at checkout. Dove antiperspirant marked at $6.19 was actually $7.49. Ghiardelli chocolate shelf price $4.79 was actually $5.19. If it happened twice who knows how many other discrepancies there are.

The store is well organized, neat, and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. My check out experience was quick and easy.
The Target in East Greenbush has become my new favorite place to shop. It has everything I need from flowers to Starbucks and everything in between.
I am not very pleased with the new layout of my Target store, especially the personal hygiene section. I think Target is suffering from an identity crisis. Looking like a high end department store on a convenience store budget. Go back to aisles of appropriately categorized products to make shopping easier.
