We found some dog toys that do not have the crinkle plastic in them. They had a good sale, so we were able to purchase a few toys for our dog. Difficult to find toys with squeakers that do not have crinkle. The plastic is dangerous and useless. Especially for dogs that shred their toys. We were happy to find a couple of toys without it.
I like this petsmart place it's clean and well maintenance. The worker there are friendly and helpful. Prices are good and a lot of random clearance around the store. They also price match, have a vet, groomer, a dog trainer and a cat adaptation location in the back which always has a good amount of rotation of new cats which I assume is good. The fishes peta ones sometimes do need a water replacement. Other fish tanks inside look pretty good not perfect but better than most. They also have a vast of exotic spiders, scorpions and other lizards I've never seen in other pet smarts which us interesting. You can also order online and pick up the food on side. Pro *Price matches *clean * friendly staff Con Sometimes some fish tanks / Peta fish need new water replacement and other cages need some cleaning. Other then that they pretty good
I got my lovely birds from here and the have been quarantined and have a guarantee on their health. They also have a leg band if they ever get loose! I am so happy with petsmart and how safe I feel about getting my pets from here. Also one of the workers gave me helpful tips on how to clip my rabbits nails which was a blessing!
Dr. Claxton was incredibly helpful and kind. She helped us find a solution for our elderly dog's medications and was all around great.
Bought our fish from this store. The employee who was called to the register to answer questions wasn't very helpful. Otherwise a good, clean store.
We stopped in with our new puppy and felt like celebrities Everyone was so kind and helpful and our puppy got SUPER socialized that day! The staff had great recommendations and so far Stevie Licks has loved everything they suggested!
Dude way better then Petco definitely care about their animals more and where they get them from and who adopts them also super helpful and their fish seen more healthy I don't have as much of a problem with them as I do with the Petco fishes.
Always a great experience when I visit this location. Who ever the Manger is give this guy a raise. Always pleasant and kind.
The store is great, and so close to home! The manager was so kind, and even price matched a cat bed for me.
I took my dog to get his nails trimmed, when we were out of the store I noticed him limping. At first I thought maybe it’s just the nail because things happen and I didn’t want to jump to conclusions. When we get home, I take him outside he can’t walk on the concrete. My dogs leg looks like it’s broken. I called them back the same day and they said I can bring him back to get examined by they pet vet in the store. I take him back and they tell me that it’s not a guarantee that he’ll be seen but I can drop him off and leave him there? Right, because I feel comfortable leaving my dog at the same place he got hurt. My dog wasn’t a priority to them, they also recommended I can schedule an appointment but it’s a drop off appointment, which I clearly stated I’m NOT leaving my dog with you. I’m taking him to my own vet today, they were closed over the weekend otherwise, he would of been seen already.
