Good prices, Very nice staff. They have a large selection of pet supplies and dog food. We like going here to walk our dog around on hot days. They offer dog grooming and training. They sell live freshwater fish. We are glad to have a pet store close to home.
I really enjoy this pet store! Prices are comparable with other local chains, and the staff here is always friendly. I especially enjoy their self-service pet wash. Your dog even gets a treat and a bandana when they get a wash! The only thing I don't care for is that it's advertised that you get towels with a wash, but what you get is a hand-sized towel. My 115lb dog is terrified of the loud air dryer, and a hand towel isn't going to get him very dry! Now I just bring a few towels along for a wash and it's no issue. I love the variety of items they have, and it's a very convenient location to get to. Would recommend this place to any pet owners in the area!
Nice place. They had a lot of good options for treats, bones, chews and toys for dogs. It was clean and the young woman who I spoke with and who checked me outowas friendly and helpful. Prices were good. The store still seems to be a work in progress. But I imagine that's because their a new business. I will return. And I'd ferecomme this place as well. They do have do-it-yourself dog bathing area. Looked really nice.
Wow so i went in looking for a frog and left educated. I've never met a friendlier bunch of people in my life. I had visited 3 other shops before this one, not finding what i was looking for and knowing no more than when i had arrived. I walked into Petsway, was greeted by someone so extremely sweet who showed me they had EXACTLY what i was looking for. And although i did not leave with my frog that day.... I know exactly what i need to properly care for it and will 100% make my purchase at this shop when I'm ready to buy!!!
Not as much selection of general pet gear as I'd expected to see, a good third of the store is taken up purely in dogfood, not much in terms of puppy food. Cashier was cheerful. Prices on the brush I got was a little cheaper than the equivalent at competitors.
Bought 2 fish from here they all reassured they have been in stock for some time and I should have no problem with them. 1 and a half days later one fish died. Turns out you need receipt and body of fish to get it replaced. Who keeps a dead fish. Would have been nice to have been told this from the get go. Never buying fish here again!!
The past couple of times I've been here they have had expired food/food like products goats milk that were expired. I've taken things back because they have been expired and they put it back on the shelf. I was there today and bought a big bag of food. When I got home I noticed it was 6 months expired. I took it back and all the bags on the shelf for that brand at least 10 bags small and large were all 6-2 months expired. Even one bag was ripped open. Its unacceptable that all thos bags of food were expired. If I hadn't checked I could have given my dog something expired. I should be able to trust places I buy my dogs food at.
Gave my muddy dogs a bath!! Staff was super nice.. it was a great price for 2 dogs..was a bit nervous about it just being in the open in the back of store , but it worked out fine.. actually it was easier to move around that other places that are in a separate room..
This pet store is nice. They have a lot of unique items. We are able to get guinea pig food in bulk I just wish they had larger bags to put it in.
We went there with questions about pet food, specifically dog food. All of the staff were great, but one in particular, Kellie, went above and beyond. She researched the ingredients, comparing prices, and helped us make informed decisions. A+
