Sarah from the grooming team is so wonderful! We have brought Recon there since he was a puppy and he always looks so dapper and fluffy after! Like many pet parents, we want the best for our boy and don’t just trust anyone with our pup, but Sarah is so kind and caring. You can tell he’s in great hands when he goes in for grooming and she always does such a perfect job.
I do not understand why my 4lb Yorkie is banned. I informed the young lady that was his first time. They were able to trim his nails without incidence . Plus, someone was petting him while on her lap when I came. Maybe if you didn't have multiple big dogs in that little space, with the loud noise and you all talking and laughing, it would have turned out better. Plus, I bet there wasn't any time given to get him familiar with her and the area. I saw another dog being groomed. Those clippers were very loud. With all that being sad, I'm sure his reaction was valid. If you can't be professional instead of behaving like you're at a gathering, I wouldn't want you to care for him. This is why you are given 2 stars. I actually like the other parts of the store and their products and prices.
Emily is amazing! My dog always looks so great after being groomed by her. I have a senior dog who is almost completely blind but I 100% trust Emily with her, she always takes such great care of her and gets my dog looking her best self!
Everything went smooth enough, first round vaccines for a kitten. No surprises other than you can't go with your animal and they take them from you to take them back. No reason to fear anything bad. Just not my thing. Staff was great, prices acceptable, shots were had. In and out about 30min.
This is the second time I've brought my dog in for a bath & cut. Both times the staff were super friendly & took great care of my dog. Her haircut looked great, she looked so happy & so pretty when I picked her up!
The hype is true! My little one and I just booked our first grooming appointment with Emily and she is the dog whisperer! Truly apparent she cares about animals and their emotional, mental and physical well-being. She took time to consult about the best options and had great recommendations for my toy poodle's cut. I am pleasantly surprised and overjoyed to have found someone who understands how to properly groom and the patience and skill needed for my little one's anxiety. Thank you, Emily!
Very clean well organized location! However. I was with my 2 yr old buying a start up kit and had an employee help me get a couple goldfish. And she did just that. But didn't give me any info on how to handle them. They died overnight and it kind of traumatized my daughter. Especially because it was her first pet since our family cat passed away
Lady was a nazzi about the fish and wouldn't sell me fish if you didn't have every single little thing that she recommended. Had to lie to buy a .20 cent fish. Don't hire PETA people to sell fish. Especially fish that are meant to feed reptiles.
Hamster died 17 days after from respiratory issue. Store manager Rob would not offer a refund 3 days after policy of 14 days. Workers are cool, store manager Rob is one of the worst at understanding a situation and seeing outside the box of rules. Will not shop here again.
Friendly staffs and great place for pet grooming.
