Good customer service. I was able to learn I can have them price match any price differences on their website to match in store. And if it's on sale on the website I can just purchase online and pick up at the store and get the extra online sale discount. The store is well stocked and clean. As soon as they see a line forming at the register they ususally are on top of it and ooen another register. I usually can be in and out fairly fast! They had a Greta sale on fish filters for March. Fyi these filter are cut to fit so you can use them in any filtersystem!
the lady in petcare acts like it’s a problem when you ask her to do her job, simply getting crickets is like pulling teeth. she’s incredibly miserable every time I go there. other than her it’s an ok store
My special needs dog hadn’t been groomed in a long time, Shannon was so kind with her and helped make it a positive experience. Highly recommend. Chloe says thank you!
When I called to make an appointment for my dog I was given the date of 8/10/21 at 12:45. When I arrived with my dog I was informed that my dogs appointment is on the 17th not today. I have my own appointments scheduled for after I dropped The dog off. Now I have to bring the dog home And cancel one of my appointments. Lost money and time because someone in the grooming department made a mistake. Last time I brought my dog the hair cut was so awful. Petsmart will not get my business ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would. The one picture is how I asked my dog to be cut last time and the other two are how he came home. Who cuts a Yorkie like that.
Store clerk was acting a little weird. We were able to find the food for our new kitten thou.
Unfortunately, at this point is always understaffed and it can be difficult to get help when desired. That said, staff are generally very friendly and pleasant, and selection of products is fine.
Half of the worms are always dead and they never have many containers of them. I brought up getting a discount once because half of the wax worms were dead and they gave me a hard time if they had more, I would’ve just grabbed a different container but it was the last one left. I also grabbed a “35 count” of giant meal worms, opened the container and something looked off they had been out of the fridge for a day now, more should have been crawling around. So I dumped the whole container into my sifter and there were only 5 in the whole container.
The only reason I go there is because my fiance likes to take her dog there... They give me a reason to start a new business, the dog grooming business! The prices are crazy!!! They charge the same price as a salon for my fiance's hair and nails!
Waste of time!!! After one month of going back and forth to schedule an appointment for my dog with epilepsy, the staff member called me 4 hours prior my appointment to tell me that his employee doesn't feel comfortable to groom my dog and he's gonna cancel the appointment.
Associates are nice, need some more training but the customer service and it’s managers are absolutely horrible. Serena doesn’t know how to talk to customers and the manager Stephanie the very short one will just tell all associates to walk away from you if you become unreasonable. They lost a very good manager who showed excellent customer service!
