Pelvic Health Systems offers awareness, education and adaptive solutions for women who live with the embarrassing common complaints of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD). If you are a woman you are at risk. Women rarely seek help because they assume it is normal. We can help you! Recognition of the complaints and symptoms is first. Second is learning what women do causing symptoms to worsen which increases the risk of pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Third is learning easy, common sense behavior changes that improve embarrassing symptoms and lower risk of pelvic organ prolapse. Fourth, is understanding what solutions exist. We also offer health coaching and training opportunities for wellness professionals interested in working with women with pelvic floor dysfunction.
Pelvic Health Systems mission is to establish a higher level of awareness, education and relevant guidance necessary to improve embarrassing complaints and symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction with the goal of decreasing the risk of pelvic organ prolapse in the future.
