The pharmacist who works mostly on weekdays should improve on her communication skills and English. I would give her 0 star if it's possible. Difficult to understand what she is trying to say and I don't know how other staffs can communicate with this lady.

Told them what I was allergic to to insure I didn't receive it. They gave me and sent me home with exactly I was allergic to and now I don't have a family doctor for a new prescription for important heart medication. When I called to complain they claimed they don't have me anywhere on their system. Don't go here.

Wish I could give 00000 not even 1 star. Very unprofessional and very unfriendly and very rude. 2 female staffs need to learn communication skill first before serving customers.

Wish I could give zero. They wouldn't fill my infant daughters prescription because I didn't have her carecard. All the info was on the prescription and it was for an antibiotic, amoxicillin liquid, not a controlled substance. They wouldn't even take my ID as proof. Shame on them. Also the lady was very rude. She told me I could go somewhere else. I would if I could have found it at another pharmacy.

Wow I wish I could give zero stars to the pharmacist woman! I dodged a bullet the young man that works at the front desk Is completely kind understanding and very helpful! I have met him a few times! The pharmacist woman is a nightmare my few encounters with her have been soo negative it's unbelievable she is a I can't even name her OK!!! Completely and honestly stay away she has no respect for anyone regardless of who they are she treated my elderly mother and son very rudely also me and my mother when we went to get vaccination done! I am surprised she still has a job! I guess anyone is accepted only because of credentials it doesn't matter their attitude or customer service know how or care or compassion for other people future patrons! I am glad that my mother has other options for a pharmacy in the area! Thank God! You guys need help! She needs professional medical mental health help with her attitude and rolling her eyes! And ignoring people hanging up on people on the phone for no reason! Listen if you can't do the job or dont enjoy it maybe change your career genius!  ‍‍Good Riddance!

I switched to this pharmacy location as it was more convenient to me. When I try to refill my prescription they always call me and say it will take 2 days to order and I’m okay with that because I can refill my prescription 6 days early. However, the past couple times they haven’t been refilling my prescription on time and said ‘Oh there must have been a problem with the computer.’ I was speaking to one of the competent workers on the phone, and she told me half the staff is new so they don’t know what they are doing. This is extremely frustrating as my prescription comes in a box with 2 syringes and all they have to do is slap a label and give it to me. It’s a waste of my time calling them back all the time asking when my prescription is gonna be ready. I also go here every month and I don’t see why they always mess up my prescription. I will no longer be going to this location.

Got my vaccine and it was a pleasant experience

They have bad customer service. I tried to ask question, they didn’t try even to listen properly before they answer

Although it’s got Shoppers Drug Mart signage, your doctor must search for Shoppers Simply Pharmacy for sending an Rx
