Was walking through Philly and I saw one of your carriage drivers yelling at the horse and people asking her to turn the music down and then she was throwing garbage at the horse. Take care of your horses and have more ethical drivers. This is disgraceful
The drivers should not be allowed to blast the worst music imaginable, especially while driving through the streets in the early morning. Really ruins the experience. Get them a pair of headphones please - tired of being awoken by RA the Rugged Man.
Mike and Chipper made this a memorable event while in Philadelphia! We needed to reschedule our original ride due to weather. We had the option for a refund or reschedule! Appreciate having a choice! Definitely recommend 76 Carriage Company!
Had a great time with our tour guide Tom carried by our horse Luke. Tom delivered knowledge about the city with great energy and even answered lots of our questions.
This needs to be shut down ASAP!!! The way this business treats the horses is completely inhumane and illegal! DO NOT SUPPORT AT ALL! Report them to the authorities!

These folks were some of the best vendors at our wedding...professional, consistent, communicative, and timely. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and riding through Philly in our wedding gear was a blast! Highly recommended!
The horses do not need to be carrying people who have 2 feet and can walk in 100 degree weather. The horses deserve more then to be slaves to these lazy people …. With that being said company deserves to have a one star and need to be shut down.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. This is one of the most unethical practices and companies there are. The way that they treat their horses as a whole is horrible and incredibly saddening. additionally, they are constantly abusing their horses in front of their customers as if that is normal. The conditions these horses have to endure both on and off the street is absolutely devastating. None of the money made in profits goes towards the horses livelihoods, only into the pockets of the greedy, angry, sad little humans that run the place. It’s sick and inhumane. Do not support this if you have a soul.
