I am a long time client of Kramer Dental. I had Eric Eltzeroth as my dentist for decades. I trusted him with any dental procedure and had extensive work done over the years. He ended up leaving the state around the time of the Camp Fire maybe because of it and I was really anxious because you get used to a dentist and the trust that is built. I was assigned to Dr. Choti as my replacement dentist and from minute number one I felt she was had my best interests in mind. I was still anxious about the quality of her work because I had veneers, countless crowns, a root canal, and other minor restorative everywhere basically a very advanced dental history. My first few major restorative projects with her replacing crowns and/or old vaneers was a huge relief. She was so knowledgeable and had a very high degree of perfectionism in her work. She was confident, patient, and very amiable. I was so relieved to build a new connection in the dental industry that I trusted. I’m now years down the road and she has done countless procedures for me and I have to say, no detriment to my amazing Dentist Dr E, but I like Dr Choti even better. She most currently did a difficult “double canal” root-canal procedure on a tooth that had be hurting. Abnormal as it was - I was able to call and get an appointment next day to have the consult and was called back to come in early the day of the appointment because of a cancellation to come in for a possible same day procedure that never happens with how busy dentistry is - I got lucky. I was at my yearly insurance maximum and was waiting until the calendar year rolled over to have more work done, but the hurting tooth had me in regardless. They gave me a generous discount based on cash pay and I paid less than expected again not often something you say for dentistry - amazing. Anyway - Dr Choti, the support staff, the front receptionists, the insurance and billing pros, literally everybody is awesome. I have been going to a function of this dentist multiple buildings and multiple dentists, countless hygienists etc etc over decades and not ONE bad experience well 2 tiny ones, but one was remedied immediately and one I didn’t mention to them because it was minor - both a long time ago under Dr E both support staff gone long ago…anyway I digress - they are so damn good I could go on forever and have. If you need a dentist and you are lucky enough to get accepted to the program - it’s great.
Great care. Great Staff. Not sure why they allow UNUM and Humana to show Kremer as in network when they are not! Per the staff, they haven't been in network with Humana for 5 years! Didn't know the out of network status until I asked why I had to pay extra for a cleaning covered by my carrier! I also should mention the staggering upcharge over the reasonable and customary rate for the crown they had recommended. Let the buyer beware!
Very friendly. Very efficient. Explained what I needed to have done well. Gave costs associated with procedures I needed. Did not push products or procedures on me. Also printed out cost estimates for me. This was my first visit. I was pleased with my selection of this provider. Betsy T.

Illimani was my hygienist last week at Kremer Dental Care, Philadelphia Square. She is the best! Very thorough, knowledgeable and Kind. I have requested her, for my future cleanings.
Sam was the best hygienidt Ive hsd in a long time. She is professional, curteous, efficient, and it seems like she reallu enjoys whst she is doing. The receptionists were extremely friendly as well. Its been a while since i can say Id refer friends to Kremer Dentistry.
I had to switch dentist because of my employment and this was the best decision. Dr. Choti was amazing and kind. She told me everything I needed to have done and helped me understand what are my next steps. The staff was kind and made me comfortable.
I have been coming here for about 6 years now and have always had pleasant experiences, however, I didn't have a great experience this time around. I came in for my 6 month check up, and I felt that the dental hygienist Emily was extremely rough. I left this appointment in pain and my mouth still hurts 4 hours later. I've had a better experience with Haley and will be requesting her from now on.
I love Kremer Dental as much as you can love going to the dentist...LOL. I have had a lot of dental work done within the last few years at Kremer. Dr. Choti is amazing. She and everyone at the office is so caring, gentle, and knowledgeable. My hygienist Haley is the absolute best. Super compassionate and really cares about her patients. Casey always greets me by name when I walk thru the door for my appointments. I even got my Invisalign there and is working wonders. I will only go the Kremer Dental for my dental care.
