Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at Freeman's Mortuary for the exceptional services they provided. The staff demonstrated utmost kindness, unwavering assistance, and genuine compassion throughout our time there. Where is the 6th star option?! I can't say enough great things about Freeman Mortuary, and it was all thanks to Bre! She made one of the worst times in our lives so easy and as enjoyable as it could be, given the circumstances. She was super professional, yet real and down to earth. She has a great sense of humor and was putting smiles on all our faces any time she was around. Dad looked extremely natural and getting a "first look" a couple days before the service was so nice physically and emotionally. It allowed us the chance to really cope with everything privately with our family. Freeman did an amazing job with all the photos, military honors, and all the planning. It was so easy, and our family got so many compliments on the service and the setup of it all. They couldn't believe all the great things that Freeman had done for the service. They even continued to help even days after the funeral! All the keepsakes they make for the family are so precious to have from the photos, to the personalized guest book, to the book marks, everything is perfect. Mom has already threatened that if I don't use Freeman for her when the time comes, she'll haunt me. Let's just say, mom has nothing to worry about. I'll be recommending Freeman's to everyone!
Freeman Mortuary has the best team ever. University Hospital failed to notify Freeman Mortuary after my sister died on Saturday morning. Sunday afternoon I called Freeman’s to see if I could make an appointment for Monday. The answering service notified Ryan Freeman my sister was not in their care. Ryan called me immediately to let me know he was in contact with the hospital. Minutes later he called to notify me Freeman’s transport driver was on the way to retrieve her body. My family was relieved to know our sister was in their care. Our family met with Bre and Will to make final arrangements. They made this process seamless while working with our budget. These two were creative to make our sister’s service special in every way. We are so very grateful! Backtrack to months prior to my sister’s death. Knowing she had terminal cancer she agreed to meet with Lindsey at Freeman’s to make preliminary arrangements. I was worried about this meeting but Lindsey immediately made us feel comfortable. Before I knew it my sister opened up and was talking openly with Lindsey. I had nothing to worry about….just sit back and listen. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Freeman’s Mortuary.
I simply cannot say enough good things about these wonderful folks! In the recent sudden death of my beloved wife of 32 years, they showed me such compassion, warmth and support that I was overwhelmed. Her life insurance policy was not very large, and I am a man of meager means, yet they helped me in so many ways, and I was able to say a proper goodbye to my dear wife. I highly recommend them in the unfortunate event of the loss of a loved one. Thank You Ryan, Will, Phil and the entire Freeman Mortuary staff.
A funeral home is the last place you want to be but Freeman Mortuary makes the whole process easy. Losing a loved one isn’t easy usually between being worried about the cost of burial or cremation and the confusion of the whole process, it’s easy to get lost in the sauce. But the staff at Freeman’s make you feel like you are sitting with family who understand your struggle and truly get how to make the grieving process easy because they are always taking care of everything from the start to the end with receiving your loved ones remains or the burial of your loved one. strongly recommend them if you are looking for a place to take your loved one they care so much for the people that come in it’s truly a blessing getting to work with Freeman Mortuary.
Ryan and the wonderful team at freeman mortuary did an excellent job with my friends service. There’s not one thing that they could have done better!! You can trust Freeman mortuary to do the same for your loved one too.
Our family received exceptional care by Ryan and the entire staff at Freeman’s. We felt they handled us like a family member would. They treated us with such respect and compassion. Freeman’s made a horrific time in our lives a bit easier.
Their attention to details, patience with the family, flexibility, and over all customer service turned our experience into wonderful memories. The availability of the staff and willingness to accommodate even up to the last moment is noteworthy and greatly appreciated. In the time of my loss I feel I gained a family in Freeman.
In a time where I didn’t think I could physically or mentally make it through the process of what needed to be done leading up to my wife's service, the Freeman team was there every step of the way. They knew when we needed to be nudged to make decisions but also more importantly knew when we needed those words of encouragement that we would make it through this together. The result of days of making decisions that no family wants to make was an amazing remembrance of my wife, one that many people still are saying fit her to a tee down to the last detail. I can truly say, I would not have made it through that process with anyone else and will always be grateful for you and the team for all you did.
Freeman Mortuary is family!!! They arranged my son’s services in 2015 and I know he was treated with just as much love as we had for him by everyone here, especially Bre! I’ll never forget she told us she jammed out to Disney Radio with him as she made sure everything was perfect for him and us. She is a priceless part of our family and we are forever grateful to have her in our lives!!! They came through once again in 2022 when my mother passed away. We were welcomed with hugs and shared tears. Bre was right there to make sure our family had everything we needed and that our mama’s wishes were just how she would have wanted. No one wants to need a funeral director but Bre, Ryan, Phil and everyone else will treat you as their own family and makes a hard time just a bit easier.
