Cat did a great job and made feel relaxed. She made buying a car fun! Follow up: I brought my 2020Buick Envision in today because the Auto Stop was not working. I arrived at 7am and was helped quickly and was told by the Service Advisor that he would let me know what was needed to repair the problem. After 3 hours of not hearing anything I went to talk with Kiley Anderson service advisor. He told me that in order to find the problem they needed to fully charge the battery. I asked him why he hadn’t come to me earlier to let me know what was going on. To make along story short, the management did a great job getting everything resolved. The used car department paid for a new battery which solved the issue. My experience with Kiley Anderson was not a good experience. All he had to do is communicate with me prior to me coming to him 3 hours after giving him keys. His failure to at the least admit to me that he could have done a better job or apologize for lack of timely communication shows lack of professionalism and or proper training.
I purchased a truck from Phillips this past weekend, Scott Hall was my salesman. Definitely had a 100% positive experience. Great people to work with. Honest, courteous, has your well-being in their mind and not just out to make a sale. Well worth the drive to go there to be treated so good!
This is the first time that I actually enjoyed buying a car, thanks to Blake Kelly my sales representative and the staff working on Sunday, the financial officer, manager and the closing officer make my experience pleasant no hustle direct to the point, no sale games. I will recommended PhillipS Dealership anytime.
Nice dealership. Don greeted me at the front door it was early morning, and I had been communicating with the online sales and thought I had an appointment. Apparently, online and on the floor sales don't communicate because the truck I wanted to see wasn't up front, ready for me to test drive. Anyway, Don took care of me ! Very friendly and professional ! I didn't make a purchase, but that's the way it goes .
Cat was an amazing associate to work with. She & Peter stayed late to get my 16 year old a car that she could drive off the lot! They showed sincere hospitality & are genuine people. None of that bait & switch other dealerships tend to display. I will definitely be back when I purchase my next vehicle.
The service advisor Jim Berlin was very helpful and attentive. The mechanic who worked on my 1995 Corvette was Joe Goudy. He explained everything that was wrong, even saved the old parts to show me. This man is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in his repairs. I would recommend.
Had an electrical problem on my 2018 xl slt , it would not start , took it up to Phillips Buick GMC and Jim Berlin the service manager got right on it he dignosed it and called me back with in a hour Corfirming my suspicions were correct it was my fuse box. We ordered another one and a week later I’m back rolling with the guyshuge thanks to JIM and the Phillips Buick GMC family!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I went in because another dealership told me I needed fuel system maintenance; I chose to return to Phillips where I purchased my car and the service department mgr? questioned if I needed it because I had no light indicating the problem. He recommended I first have a 70-point check-up, which I did. They found everything in great shape except I needed wiper blades. Once again, I am very impressed with Phillips, their customer service, the various staff I dealt with and the fact that they saved me money. Thank you!
