Have to leave a review today as it’s the worst service I received by far since I’ve come here. No it’s not much; a simple pretzel shop to get pretzels and some dipping sauces and such. When I went in I did not have much time to order as the younger girl at the counter wanted to know if I had an order, to which I said no I’d like to order some pretzels. She asked what my order was and I said I didn’t have an order but that I’d like to order something, which seemed to be confusing in and itself but I digress. She asked if I wanted to even order as it would be a 5-7 minute wait which again - I’m going to wait for if I’m in a pretzel store already but I appreciate the heads up. They did seem to be busy making already set-ahead orders, but the younger workers just didn’t seem to understand much of what was going on. I paid and didn’t get to scan my rewards member code nor was I asked. I did wait with another individual who was also behind me, waiting, for a good amount of time. Someone else came in wanting to order a much larger order of about 25 pretzels since that was their limit, you must place anything over 25 pretzels a day ahead and got the now freshly done pretzels right away. The older lady in the back inquired why this was done and why another order was going to be given to this same individual who wanted to order again as we were still waiting on our small orders. The young girls didn’t apologize or seem to care and just gave us our orders after giving priority to the larger amount guest. Thank you for making a limit on orders so that the people wanting to get their regular orders still cannot do so in a timely manner. Please train your staff better.
Best pretzels around! I drive 45 minutes to it often! 5 stars- Best food around, no place compares. I loved the food and atmosphere, would DEFINITELY recommend it and will return often. Very kind waitresses. 4 stars- Has good food and atmosphere, would recommend it and may return. Has good waitresses. 3 stars- Has okay food and atmosphere, would recommend it but may not return. Has okay waitresses. 2 stars- Has bad food and/or atmosphere, wouldn't recommend or return. Has poor service. 1 star- Food is inedible, it's unsanitary, bad dećor, and would tell people that the place was horrible and would never return. Staff ignored the customers.
I lovee these pretzels! Theyre the best around. Its my best comfort food. Eat them when im sick, hungover, after surgery etc.
The pretzels are always great. The service today was shoddy at best. Young girls who clearly have no desire to be there. You kinda feel bad, but a smile goes a long way. I tried being extra nice to them, but they were both clearly miserable.
WORST STORE I HAVE EVER HAD TO VISIT AGAIN. NEVER HAS ANYTHING in STOCK ONLY Dough???????? Only +open from 10 am +
Love the pretzels there, I always buy too many bc they have such great deals. And their mustard flavors are the best.

I love this place. There truly Philly pretzels. There always fresh and the people working there are great people.
