Vincent Deleo Sr., Tre Mari's founder, understood decades ago the value of having good bread accompany any meal. What he started has developed into a bustling business that still continues. A generation later, we the Deleo grandchildren follow in our Nonno's footsteps carrying on the tradition of providing a great product to the community.

Mission

Our mission; to ensure our customers always have a rustic home-feel shopping experience. With the change in our very diverse neighborhood we aspire to share our traditions of the past with the new generation residing on Corso Italia.

Products

We are most known for our selection of fresh bread and pastries. However our St. Clair location also offers a variety of handmade amaretti and shortbread cookies, traditional and specialty cakes, fresh deli, coffee including lattes + cappuccinos + espressos. Our lunch tavola calda runs until 8pm serving great homemade food. We also cater to all functions, our catering menu can be found here, http://tremaribakery.ca/products-and-services.

During the Christmas season we have a wide selection of Gift baskets pre-made in our store. If you wish to handpick your gift-basket you may do so, we have a selection of in store items to choose from.

I ordered a custom cake and cupcakes for my wedding. I didn't do a tasting, nor had I ever ordered from them before. The patient service from Leah, beautiful presentation and delicious flavours truly wowed me. The cake bases were all soft and spongy, and the lemon custard and icing was perfectly sweetened. Not too sweet or oily. I was also surprised by how well the icing held up in 36 degree weather. It didn't loose its form at all. Thank you Tres Mari for making my dessert table the star of the show! I'm still enjoying moist leftovers 3 days later. Sadly I don't have the best photos but it all looked beautiful.
I bought a tiramisu cake last week and it exceed my expectations.. it was amazing We ordered it online weeks prior which was very convenient. The day of the pick up we called early to ask if it could be possible to pick it up 1 hour prior and they mentioned it was fine but when we arrived it wasn’t ready and a very serious lady told us we needed to wait, so we waited half an hour fortunately this time we were not in a hurry. Despite that little detail we loved the shop and the cake
Italian bakery in the area that serves up baked goodies, hot meals, gelato when it's warm, and grocery items year round. Been here many times over the years and go-to's are definitely the cannolis generous piping, crispy shell and gelato generous scoops, interesting flavours. Place has a great energetic vibe to it, service is quick, and prices are reasonable. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
My favourite place in the city, hands down. I can't imagine a better place to experience Italian foods, baked goods and tasty sweets. Attached are a few pics of their charcuterie platter and a cake ordered for my birthday absolutely delicious
They have a wide selection of cannolis which I was excited to try. Overall the cannolis were good having the right level of sweetness, but hit and miss depending on the flavour.. I wasn't a fan of the rosemary & bergamot or plain ricotta quality wasn't what I expected; I did however enjoy the lemon, hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla flavours. The shop itself has a wide variety of products - meats, bread, pantry items, a hot table, and many other pastries to try. I did also get salads fresh with lettuce, baby spinach, tomato, onion, pistachios etc., a cheese tortellini good & broccoli too soggy/overcooked. Next time, I'd like to try one of the cakes, and maybe some other unique cannoli flavours.
The whole experience was amazing. The cafe was great and the cannoli were out of this world! The sitting area outside was great to enjoy our purchases fresh and in the sun!
Easily one of the best Italian cafes in town. They have great selection of sweets and pastries. I go here for my weekend espresso and grab the biscottis or other sweets. Hot table options too available. The service is great. And locals line up to enjoy their favourite coffee here. My friends love the jams and jellies from this place. Thanks to Tre Mari, I can always get a good goodie bag for my friends when I visit
This used to be a daily stop when I spent more time in The Junction. This place is awesome. It’s super cute and fun to browse in. Plus, the food is amazing. My favourite things are the almond cookies. I also like their cappuccino. But, I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve gotten from here. They make great sandwiches and ready made food. Great service too!
This place is surely unique. We tried the veal which was not the best but also not the worst. The cheesecake however was absolutely delicious. The staff here are super friendly and helped us pick the best options for desserts. It is surely a must try. There were other desserts which looked great so we will surely be back to try.
My 2-star review only refers to the items that I purchases. The location has a large dining room and offers many pastries breads etc. The cannolies see photos shells were well made and crunchy indicating that they were freshly made and filled. The filling, however, did not taste like good quality ricotta cheese nor did they have the traditional orange peels. The Mille feuille spelling? were flaky, tasty and fresh. I also purchased 2 cookies for someone with food allergies. I called them to verify that they were safe for the person and left a message explaining the issue and asking them to call me back. No-one ever bothered to call me back.
