"In Home circumcision for infant males. Hospital trained in practice since 1991 as a mohel Hebrew term for one who performs circumcision in Jewish ritual. Serves interfaith families & non-Jewish families. Holistic approach considers that baby is best served by being moderately hungry before procedure, receiving a topical anesthetic and sweetness tot he lips as a distraction in the form of wine, juice, or sugar water. Vast majority of babies are complete in less than 2 minutes.Glantz provides everything a family needs for the event itself and aftercare. 90% of healing usually takes place int he first week. The last 10% can take a few more weeks. 99% of families report no change in baby's disposition in the days that follow."

I was nervous about planning an event just 8 days after giving birth. Cantor Glantz was wonderful for my son and family. He was warm and thoughtful and open to answering every question I had about the process. He tailored the bris for my family so as to honor my loved ones. Omicron was just popping up and I scaled back our in-person attendees - he was great about including family watching from Zoom as well. He made everything about the bris easy and reassuring. Most importantly, my son had an easy time of it! The bris itself was quick and efficient. There was a little cry and then it was all over, the family sang to baby and he quieted right down. Aftercare was thoroughly explained to me and the cantor was available a week later when I had a question. I couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend Cantor Glantz to anyone. Thank you!!
We highly recommend Hazzan Glantz! Cantor Glantz took time to speak with my wife and I to learn about us, our family and wishes to celebrate the birth of our new child. There was no pressure to hire him and he explained what would happen throughout the entire ceremony, ensuring our wishes and comfort. He is a wonderful communicator, caring and genuine person; as following the ceremony he made sure to check in with us and make sure everyone was okay. The ceremony itself was the perfect balance of tradition and levity! Welcoming a new baby should be a joyous occasion and Hazzan Glantz made sure that was the case.
Howard was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly informative and was more than willing to answer any questions. Being our first boy, and having our first home birth, we weren't sure what to expect with a circumcision. But Howard really answered any of our concerns, and when he arrived to do the procedure he thoroughly informed us of what to expect and how to properly care for him thereafter. It's been well over 2 months now since he came, and our little man has healed up perfectly with no issues at all! He also talked with us during the process as well and he had a great sense of humor the whole time, very friendly and that helped more than you think! Haha. We have been blessed. 12/10 thank you Howard!

Howard made us feel comfortable right from the first phone call, which we felt was particularly important during a pandemic. He always responded promptly to our questions and helped us choose our son's Hebrew name. On the day of the bris we felt our son was in good hands and couldn't have been happier when our doctor said he was "healing perfectly." I also thought it was very sweet of him to bring matching kippahs for father and baby. I would definitely recommend Howard.
Howard Glantz was absolutely amazing! He made my sons Bris so wonderful. Howard had such a great personality and a wonderful way with my Son. I would recommend him to anyone. Every guest commented on how happy and joyus this bris was. As a new mom the day goes by pretty fast and with lack of sleep it's hard to remember the whole day, but we have beautiful pictures and videos I can always look back on. Thank you Howard Glantz!
We have used Howard as our mohel for both of our sons and we couldn't be happier with the results. He is very thorough in the lead up to the procedure, during the ceremony and afterwards. He is always available for concerns and freely gives his time to ensure the health of the baby and the parents. We'd give him 6 stars if it was possible
Having had Cantor Glantz perform our first son’s Bris 6 years ago, it was no question that he would be performing our second son’s Bris in June of 2020.. during the Covid-19 pandemic. We had no doubt that his humor, charisma, professionalism, and of course top-notch skill set was exactly what we needed to put us at ease during these uneasy times. Our son’s “Zoom Bris” was perfect and actually fun thanks to Cantor Glantz! My family and I highly recommend him!

Second grandson, second bris on Shabbat this time around!, second time with the delightful Hazzan Glantz! Once again, Howard's warmth, care, humor, beautiful voice, and most importantly to our little guy - skill, made the day special, personal, and memorable. This man creates memories that will last forever. We can't imagine having any other mohel conduct this important ritual! He was also fantastic with the baby's 2-year old big brother also a product of Howard's handiwork, and once again, he put our daughter and son-in-law at ease by making himself accessible for any questions or concerns, 24/7. Our family gives Hazzan Glantz the highest praise and recommendation. We just love him!
I can’t say enough about cantor Howard Glantz. He performed my son’s bris and was so attentive and engaging. He came to the hospital after my son was born to meet our family, which really meant a lot. He performed our son’s bris a few days later. Howard even came back to our house to check on him the next week. He was always available to answer my texts or calls if I had questions. I can’t recommend him enough!! Such a wonderful and caring person. Was an amazing experience all around. Thank you Howard!!
