Phoebe Putney Radiology

I have had very poor experiences at this imaging center. They have an overzealous mask policy and poorly equipped staff communications. They refused to give me my ultrasound order because I chose to cancel the test because of the mandatory double mask. The check in stated, we ask you wear a mask.” If it had said the double mask was required I would have canceled immediately and requested my ultrasound order. The staff and patient care representative stated that “they did not have an order, this was untrue and in reprisal because I am choosing another provider other than Phoebe Putney for this test and from now on. This type of unprofessional behavior as well as poor care has happened multiple times over the past five years. I have used the Phoebe complaint and spoken to department directors. The Phoebe Imaging director suggested I find another provider if I feel my care is not meeting my expectations and needs. So, I am following that advice. Patient beware. Know all your options and choose the best one for you.
