These were delivered early this morning for Valentine’s Day. My hubby has ordered from you many times. This time I was disappointed. Flowers didn’t seem fresh. Some petals fell off the Lilly’s.  Arrangement lacked flowers in the back. Pretty sparse.

This is a review about service and kindness. The shop itself is rather quaint and a bit out-of-date. No matter, as you'll read.  I was in a bit of a panic, trying to find a florist in the Surprise area that was stocked with flowers. I finally found Sun City Florists, but I got there just a few minutes before their posted closing time. They had already began to shut down for the day and the door was locked. Not seeing anyone, I took a shot and knocked on the window. A very nice man came to the door and unlocked it. I explained that I need to by a bouquet of flowers. A woman appeared and brought me back to where they stored their selection for the night--the display case was empty. We quickly made a selection and she subsequently assisted me with selecting a card and a gift bag, saving me a trip to Hallmark. And the prices for the items I purchased were great, too.  Everyone there was supportive and delightful. My situation--rushing to get a birthday package together for my wife--was hardly as difficult as some they see they're located near a health complex. But they ensured I was taken care of as if I was the most important person they'd seen that day. And for that, I thank them so much. You can get flowers anywhere, but you rarely get service and support like this.

Very disappointed. My fiance bought me this arrangement on Thursday last week. By Sunday, roses were wilted and several other flowers dead. For over $100, you would expect these flowers to last longer. I've gotten flowers from frys that last over 2 weeks.

Have used Sun City Florists for years.  They never disappoint and we order from Kansas so it's done via telephone.   They are the best with outstanding customer service.  They work hard to make sure the arrangement is perfectly done to your specifications.   Can't say enough good things about this place.  Especially in today's culture of less service for more money!

I reside out of state and I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my  for my parents for Valentine's Day.The bouquet was delivered today and the flowers are fresh, beautiful, and arranged professionally. I have used this florist for several years and the staff is professional and kind. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Sun City Florist. They made several floral arrangements my grandmother services and they all turned out amazing. Their customer service was all around awesome. I truly appreciate all of you for making this day a little less painful for myself and my loved ones

Janice and team are amazing!  My mother passed away last week after a brief illness. Due to the size of our immediate family we opted to have the funeral and burial over the weekend.  The funeral was pre-planned by my Mother so we had exactly what she wanted for casket flowers.  On short notice we were not sure we would be able to get exactly what she wanted. However, Sun City Florist came through and delivered the PERFECT arrangement!  Thank you Janice and Sun City Florists!  My Mother is smiling on all of us and her beautiful flowers!

We called to order a spring flower bouquet for our sister who is terminally ill and in Hospice. The woman who took my order over the phone could not have been more kind and considerate. When the flowers arrived, our sister and her husband called to say that it was the most beautiful arrangement they had ever seen in their 70 years of life. Thank so much for making this important gift so precious.

I called Sun City Florists from Nevada to have a birthday flower arrangement delivered to my sister in Arizona. I asked that they prepare something "bright and beautiful" for her.  They sent her such a beautiful arrangement! She, and in turn, I, were so pleased.  Thank you Sun City Florists!
